Dear Exhibitor: This manual contains information to facilitate your participation in the event. In order to organize a successful event, we ask the cooperation of all exhibitors and request a special attention to dates and deadlines for returning the forms. 1. EXHIBIT BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS Dividing panels (TS) in white - height 2.20m; Lining graphite applied directly on the floor with double sided tape; 1 spot light each 3m²; 2 outlet 110v or 220v; 1 headband curve containing the Exhibiting company logo; 1 round table with glass top, 3 black upholstered chairs, 1 trash can. 2.1 Delivery of basic booth to the Exhibitor The basic booths will be delivered to Exhibitors on Saturday, April 13 th at 4 pm. Exhibitors are allowed to work in the decoration of the stands until 8 pm on Saturday, and on Sunday, April 14 th, from 8 am to 4 pm. Important It is prohibited the use of sound in the booths likewise any manifestation that may cause inconvenience to exhibitors and visitors. 2.2 Disassembling the booth by the Exhibitor Exhibitors will be released to start the disassembly of the decoration inside the booths on Thursday, April 18 th at 4 pm and the activities have to be completed by 7 pm. The Official Assembler will begin dismantling the booths on April 18 th at 3 pm. It is the responsibility of Exhibitor to withdraw all its merchandise, and provide the dismantling of the booth within the period stipulated in this Manual. All material or equipment remaining inside the pavilion after the end of the period allowed will be removed by the Organizers without notice. 3. CATERING AND OTHER SERVICES The Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention Center has exclusive dealers to provide food & beverage, telecommunications and Internet. Therefore, according to the rules of the, these services cannot be contracted from other companies. If you are interested in contracting these services, please contact:

DISPATCH OF GOODS TO THE EVENT It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to observe the legal procedures for issuing invoices of any kind for delivery or removal of equipment, durable materials or consumption, and the respective charges. The Exhibitor shall issue a single Invoice or Statement Shipping Referral on behalf of the Exhibitor (setting the sender). In the Invoice should be referenced all goods and products and should include the observation that the goods are for demonstration purposes, citing the name and date of the event: XVI Brazilian Remote Sensing Symposium From April 13 th to 18 th, 2013 All goods for the event should have in its packages, clearly identified: name of the event, name of the Exhibitor and the number of the booth. The original invoice shall be under the custody of the Exhibitor during the entire event. It is not allowed to enter any equipment / product without the invoice. The Exhibitor may only ship their products / equipment / books / gifts when there is an event responsible for the proper reception. To this, talk to the Technical Exhibition Coordination. 6. CONFIRMATION OF BOOTHS For confirmation of booths, the company must complete Form I - EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION and send it to the Technical Exhibition Coordination by e-mail dalila@dsr.inpe.br, or fax +55 (12) 3208-6460. It must be sent with the logo of the company to be released on XVI SBSR in digital, in CorelDraw (on curves) with description of colors and, in versions color and black & white at a resolution of 300 dpi. 7. FINAL REMARKS The Event Organization is not liable for damage caused to people or products displayed before, during and after completion of the XVI SBSR, including theft, deficiencies or interruptions in electricity supply or claims of any kind. All materials and equipment on display at the event are the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
