I had spent several years in the Electronic and Semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley, California, prior to joining JAN-PRO. During my research, which lasted over a year, I looked for a business with a similar business model. Our business broker then sent us a financials packet on JAN-PRO of Raleigh, NC. Previously we had reviewed the financials for several different businesses.
