3 Renovation Realty is an extraordinary and unique real estate brokerage combined with general contractor services, providing a turn-key solution for increasing property values and facilitating a smooth and efficient sales transaction. Simply put, Renovation Realty solves the problem for property owners that do not have the money to renovate their property or do not have the knowledge of how best to use that money to renovate their home and achieve a maximum return on their investment. While the model is straightforward, the benefits to the property owner are exceptional. In 1988, the principals and founders of Renovation Realty began purchasing distressed properties which were then renovated and sold, providing them with a strong return on investment and a turn-key home for buyers. After nearly 25 years and more than 900 successful transactions, dramatic changes in the real estate market began to present unprecedented challenges that required innovative and effective solutions. Fortunately, they did not have to look far. With declining property values and the economic crisis showing little signs of improvement, the majority of homeowners lacked the financial resources and/or knowledge required to efficiently and effectively upgrade the homes they needed to sell; a strategy that would increase the value of the property, expedite the sale and provide them with a significant financial benefit. With that an idea was born by drawing on the 25 years of experience and partnering with those same property owners, Renovation Realty could provide the resources they needed while creating a scenario that would have tremendous benefit to both parties.
