7 Enzacta Reward Program Details Enzacta Dual-Team Marketing Plan details Active IBO Staying active is easy! Just purchase your success kit and place a monthly Autoship order of 80BV or accumulate 160BV monthly in combined Autoship, Personal or Retail orders (don t forget these qualifications change as your rank increases). If you don t maintain the minimum monthly order requirement, you become inactive and all stored volume is canceled. Don t miss out on commissions be sure to stay qualified by providing valid forms of payment with every order! Luxury Bonus Qualified Platinum and Diamond IBOs who maintain at least Platinum status for three consecutive months in a calendar year will earn a monthly bonus to pay for a car, boat, second home or other luxury item of their choice.* Matching Bonus Enzacta will pay 10% - 40% matching bonuses on personally sponsored Team Member s Step Checks when you achieved the rank of Senior Director or higher. Autoship Autoship is the best way to ensure you remain Active. By placing a qualifying monthly order that is automatically shipped to your door, you always meet your monthly qualification. All Autoship volume be placed in TP1. If you have three TPs and use Personal and Retail volume to qualify, this volume may come from any combination of your three TPs. Cycling You earn Dual-Team Commissions by Cycling see the Dual-Team Commission Schedule for commissions. You can cycle up to one time daily for each qualified TP you hold. When you complete a Cycle there is usually more than the exact amount of BV required to complete the cycle. This extra BV rolls over and counts toward your next Cycle. BV is only rolled over for Qualified IBOs. BV is retained for up to one year. Dual-Team Commissions When you personally introduce and sponsor two Active IBOs, one on the first level of your Right Team and one the first level of your Left Team, you are qualified to earn commissions to unlimited depth. Executive Business Builder can place an additional individual on the first level of both the Right and Left Teams. Your second and third TPs in the Executive Business Model do not count at. When you Sponsor additional IBOs you can place them in your Right or Left teams anywhere under your first level IBOs, earning more Dual-Team Commissions from their activity. Eligibility Requirements You need to meet the minimum monthly volume requirement for your rank to qualify for commissions. By joining Autoship program, you can reduce the amount of these qualifications. Additionally, you must maintain a personally sponsored Active IBO in each of your Left and Right Teams to retain the BV in that leg and receive Dual-Team Commissions for each TP. If these requirements are not met, you will lose any and all BV that you have stored in legs without an personally sponsored Active IBO in the first full Volume Period of the month following the month that you did not qualify. Fast Start Bonus As the Personal Sponsor of a new IBO, at the time that the new person s application is paid and accepted, you will earn a bonus for the new IBOs product purchase. The Fast Start Bonus is paid in the week following acceptance of the new IBO. Getting Paid Enzacta pays IBOs every week just log on to to view the payment schedule. Volume periods run from Sunday to the following Saturday at midnight Central Standard Time. Dual-Team Commissions are paid by the Friday two weeks following the end of the Volume period. Qualified IBO Your Qualified when you maintains the minimum monthly BV requirement for your ranks and have two personally sponsored Active IBOs one in your Right Team and One in your Left. Rank Qualification The higher your rank the bigger your rewards. The rank you achieve in the current calendar determines the rank you will be paid on in the following month we call it the Effective Month. If a Volume Period spans tow weeks, that week will count towards the month in which it started for commission and rank calculation purposes. Retail Sales and Commissions Every time you sell an Enzacta product, you earn the difference between the wholesale amount you pay, and the retail amount you charge your customer. If your customers order directly from Enzacta (make sure they have your Enzacta ID number) you will be paid the difference between the current wholesale and suggested retail prices. Best of all, there are no volume requirements to earn the Retail Sales Bonus. Shopping Spree Qualified Diamond IBOs who maintain at least Diamond status for three consecutive months in a calendar year will earn a once-in-a-lifetime $10,000 spending spree.* Tracking Position In the Standard Plan you can qualify to have one paid Tracking Position, in the Executive Plan you can quality to have three paid Tracking positions. An upgrade from the Standard to the Executive Plan is available for 60 calendar days from the date of initial application entry. Each of the three Tracking Positions in the Executive Plan can quality to earn a separate compensation check. Standard Plan IBOs have three Tracking Positions, however, TP and TP3 have only one leg each, and are only used to place orders. Trip Program Qualified Golds and above who maintain at least a Gold status for three consecutive months within the calendar year will be awarded a week-long family vacation anywhere in the world.* 70% Cap When Enzacta s total calculated payout of all commissions exceeds 70% of BV revenues for any given pay period, the company has the right to adjust the bonuses paid to a maximum of 70%. *See the US Procedures section of for details. Global Rewards There are no additional qualifications required to be paid on global volume. Qualified Tracking Positions will be compensated for both foreign and domestic volume. Please note: volume points may vary by country, and all compensation will be converted to home country currency at the published conversion rate at the time commissions are calculated. Inactivity If no Personal Volume (PV) is generated in six consecutive months, you become an Inactive IBO and forfeit your Tracking Positions, Business Volume and all future compensation. Inactive IBOs may re-enroll by submitting a new IBO Agreement and purchase an new Success Kit. Reactivated IBOs mush meet the same qualification requirements as new, first-time IBOs. Life Insurance Bonus Qualified Platinum and Diamond IBOs who maintain at least Platinum status for three consecutive months in a calendar year are eligible to earn life insurance to protect their family in the event of death.*
