6 In the beginning we looked at several franchises and chose The Maids because the friendly, helpful manner of the sales people led us to believe that we would be dealing with good people who care about helping us succeed. 8 You will benefit from one of the most comprehensive support programs in all of franchising. We have a great program, and when you join us, you will be given all the support you need to achieve your goals. Your training: We ll begin by assigning you a foundation business coach for your first year. Initially, your coach will work with you by phone and webinar for seven weeks. You will then attend corporate training in Omaha, Neb. Following this, a trainer will visit your location to train your first team and assist with your opening. We have a very aggressive national brand campaign in TV, radio, print, direct marketing, Internet and yellow pages that clearly and consistently differentiates us from other cleaning services.
