The control system consists of the following components: - 10VSO axial piston pump - VT-DFP.-2X proportional valve as pilot valve including inductive position transducers for the valve position measurement. In the SYDFEE, SYDFEC, and SYDFEn versions, the pilot valve comprises electronics for controlling the system. - For SYDFE1: nalog amplifier VT 5041 for realizing all electrical functions necessary for the SYDFE1-2X (separate order) - Position transducer for sensing the swivel angle - pressure transducer with suitable signal level and dynamics (optionally HM 16, otherwise separate order) - Preload valve with integrated pressure limitation function SYDZ (optional) Information on available spare parts: www.boschrexroth.com/spc

(see operating instructions), recommendation: 20 bar absolute. 2) Pressure transducer Mounting option Remark HM 16 P Only in connection with actual pressure value input F HM 12 / HM 13 / HM 17 P1 Preferably near the actuator Important notes on external supply: With an actuator system with external supply the pump does not swivel to zero stroke but to the negative stop in the case of voltage breakdown (100 % flow displaced from the system into the tank). In the case of an active fault signal the machine control absolutely has to react (e.g. switch off drive motor of the pump, interrupt external supply of the actuator system). Command values for pressure and flow always have to be greater than zero (pcommand 3 bar, αcommand 5 %), since no exact pressure zero or swivel angle zero is available due to drift or tolerances. The provision of smaller command values may lead to cavitation in the worst case. The actual pressure value must not be less than 10 bar for longer than 10 minutes (lubrication).
