The final valuation is made based on the final number of characters. Pre-valuation is made based on the original text delivered by the Client. - by words, where the translation s page consists of approximately 250 words. The final valuation is made based on the final number of words translated. Pre-valuation is made upon number of words in the source text. certified translations - by page where the certified translation s page consists of 1,125 characters with spaces. The final valuation is made based on the final number of characters. Pre-valuation is made based on the original text delivered by the Client. - by words, where the certified translation s page consists of approximately 130 words. The final valuation is made based on the final number of words translated. Pre-valuation is made upon number of words in the source text. Rates depend on the language, contents, time to deliver and the volume of order. The bigger volume the bigger discounts. Please note that each translation is valuated independently based on the above criteria. Furthermore, please note that the pre-valuation is an estimated value and may vary in plus or in minus when compared to the final valuation. The differences however are usually small. Prices - oral translations. We provide: oral consecutive translations, both by sworn and non-sworn translators simultaneous translations, both by sworn and non-sworn translators Oral translations are valuated immediately upon receiving inquiry sent via the form to be found in the Contact bookmark on our webpage. There is a surcharge in amount of 50% of the for oral translations during Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Remaining fees per translation: translation of texts with special phraseology or technical terminology (such as construction, medical etc.), +20 % of the 60% of the verification of or changes to the text delivered by the Client and certification thereof, PL<>Foreign language verification /changes to/ certification of a translation previously made by ERUDITIO 20% of the or certified translation based on the sample sent by the Client, 60% of the which does not require modifications. The service includes correction and changes made by the Client such as dates, personal details, address etc. or certified translation based on the sample delivered by the Client that requires modification of sentences. 80% of the adjustment of two language versions where one is an English version 50% of the adjustment of two language versions where none is an English version 100% of the Format of documents If the Client requires so, we may prepare the translation using special programs such as InDesign/QuarkXpress. The typesetting is valuated separately. Delivery ERUDITIO delivers translated documents free of charge within the area of London. We cover postal costs to other cities and countries whereas the courier mail is covered by the Client. Translations are delivered on time as per the Client wishes. However, a translation required to be done on the same day as its delivery by the Client is additionally charged as per separate agreement. Each translation to be done on the next day is treated as urgent and therefore
charged extra, depending on the number of pages. Such charge is agreed with the Client from time to time. Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays as well as the day of delivery by the Client do not fall under the delivery date. Withdrawal Should the Client withdraw the order, he/she is obligated to pay for the work already done, according to the list or the agreement. Graphic design Uncomplicated graphic design (formatting, simple tables) is made free of charge. More demanding graphic however (such as graphs, diagrams, use of text editors other than WORD) is valuated based on an individual offer. Text formatting (brochures, technical documentation, manuals and catalogs) is made using typesetting programs such as QuarkXpress/InDesign. Complaints Complaints, if any, are accepted within 20 days from the delivery date.
