1 Who We Are Atkins Translation Services is a professional language agency providing cost effective and rapid language services. Our network of over 70 native language professionals ensures we are able to provide rapid and accurate services and competitive rates. Services We Offer Translation: We translate almost any type of personal or professional document including articles, audio/video, manuals, books, brochures, business documents, catalogs, certificates, legal documents, letters and much more. Interpretation: We provide simultaneous, consecutive and sign language interpretation. Our agency works with only native speakers to ensure your message is retained in the target language. Editing/Proofreading: We edit and proofread any documents including previously translated documents. Proofreading services for document translations we provide is also an available option at a reasonable rate. Transcription: We can take your audio/video file and translate the content both in a written document as well as a recording.

2 Résumé Writing and Translation: We partner with freelance professional résumé writers to make it work professionally for you. Résumés can also be translated into another language if needed by the client. Rush Services Available Same-day and rush services are available for an additional fee. 4 Interpreting Rates Service In-person Phone Video Cancellation Cost $99 per hour, $120 per hour for sign language. (2 hour minimum required) $.45 cents per mile or $35 per hour for travel outside of interpreter s county $2.00 per minute $2.15 per minute for any language. $2.75 per minute for sign language (15 minute minimum) 48 hours advance notice Full fee charged with no notice or less than 48 hours. Contracts Atkins Translation Services employs the services of freelance translators who are hired on a contract basis. The translator and agency will sign a Client Services Agreement prior to the distribution of work. Payment for Services Freelance contractors are paid 50% of the total fee charged to the client. Atkins Translation pays freelancers no greater than 30 days beyond completion of services.

6 Agency Information Atkins Translation Services was founded by Jeremy Atkins. Jeremy has extensive experience translating and interpreting between English and Spanish. He received his MBA in 2010 from Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio and his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish in 2004 from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia.
