Managing Exec Leasing & Facilities Teresa is a Canadian / British National who has been resident in Tanzania for over 20 years. Teresa has completed studies in Hotel Management in the U.K., Marketing & Sales in Canada, and more recently Sectional Title Management and Specialist Realtor programs with UCT in South Africa. Her passion lies in providing Green and sustainable housing and she has conceived, structured and is now implementing Dar es Salaam and Tanzania s first lifestyle eco - beach project development. Teresa Fisher Previously working in Tourism and Hotels, Teresa has served at a leadership level in the property sector since 2004 with an initial focus on the then booming residential sector. In her most recent stint as General Manager of Estia Real Estate, she developed extensive experience in managing high end commercial properties in Dar es Salaam. Teresa bring unparaled local knowledge and insight on the property space in Tanzania and champions leasing and property / facility management for the business.

Managing Exec Valuations & Research Hailing from the UK, Jeremy qualified with a Bsc in Estate Management, and has undertaken further education in international architecture, as well as regeneration and development. He brings a wealth of surveying / valuations skills to the business and a strong pedigree as a property professional with experience bridging private, public, and not for profit sectors in both the UK and East Africa. Jeremy Cross He has developed strong understanding of property through a range of different engagements and experience within the sector with his foundation skills established in private practice with an international UK Property company. Jeremy has extensive knowledge and understanding of urbanisation and built environments in Africa contexts especially in Tanzania and Uganda. Jeremy is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and his postgraduate study in the property sector complements experience in regeneration in London and Tanzania. He heads up Valuation Services as well as the Research and consulting function.

Managing Exec Finance & Admin Kyra is from Ecuador. She studied Business Administration and Finance in South America, and subsequently attended the Business School IEDE from Spain for Post Graduate studies, and the University of Michigan in the USA for a Leadership Programme. Kyra has a strong background in Finance, but has also gained more than twelve years experience in General Management with responsibilities including Import and Export Trading & Processes, Project development and Organizational transformation. Kyra Moretta Prior to Kyra joining Pangani Group, she worked as General Manager of the Soyoda Group in Ecuador with responsibility for the overall affairs of the group, including its branches in China and Chile. Since marrying and settling in Tanzania she has undertaken her own retail and residential property development projects. She thus brings Finance, international business and Tanzania project management skills to the business.

Company Board of Directors Chris Low Group Chairman British: A distinguished International Banker who led Standard Chartered Bank in East Africa, India, and South Africa. Chris has also worked in banking in the Middle East and with Goldman Sachs. Chris is currently CEO of Lesthogo PLC. Heri Bomani Group CEO & Managing Director Tanzanian: An experienced East African Banker and previous Retail director of Standard Chartered, and CEO of Kenya Commercial Bank both in Tanzania. Heri founded and leads the Pangani Group as CEO, and is a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Bradley Bordiss - Director South African: A Retail / Shopping Centre letting expert with 22 years of experience in the South Africa market, and a number of countries in Africa. John McGuffog Director British: A financial services guru with wide sectoral experience from investment banking to insurance. Has worked at Director level across Europe, Asia and Africa with Barclays, and as CEO Banc ABC in Tanzania and Mozambique.
