What will drive tomorrow s housing market? 2015 Edmonton Housing Outlook Conference Lower oil prices have slowed economic expansion, reduced the pace of employment growth and led to a decline in migration. Some sectors of Edmonton s housing market have pulled back while others have remained resilient and have continued to expand.
