He practises commercial law, mainly in the areas of financial institutions, financial services and technology. He has also developed a particular expertise in professional services companies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Faucher has advised Canadian banks, credit unions and savings banks, insurance companies, financial product distributors and other participants in the financial services sector on the implementation of legislation in their businesses, on matters of regulatory compliance and in the negotiation of commercial agreements to their benefit.
