Click through to My Account and sign in. Learn how to register for My Account on Page 1 in the Welcome Kit. Note: A one-time registration is required to give you access to VoiceZone. Make sure you have your Oceanic Time Warner Cable account number and Customer Code handy. Both are on your current billing statement. 3. Click the My Home Phone tab and Manage My Settings (if applicable). 4. Click the Voicemail tab. 5. Click the Activate Voicemail Now button. 6. Enter your temporary personal identification number (PIN) which is the last four digits of your home phone number. 3. Select a new four-digit PIN and press the (#) key. 4. Record your name, followed by the (#) key. 5. Record your greeting, followed by the (#) key. TO LISTEN TO VOICEMAIL FROM YOUR HOME PHONE 1. If you hear a stutter dial tone when you pick up your phone, you have a message(s). 2. Dial *98 from your home phone. 3. Press 1 to listen to your messages. 4. If you would like to place PIN security on Voicemail access from your home phone, simply access the Voicemail system and dial 4-3-2-2 following the prompts. TO SAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER 1. Go to the VOICEMAIL tab. 2. Pick the message you want to save. 3. Click the Download link. TO SHARE THE MESSAGE VIA EMAIL 1. Go to the VOICEMAIL tab. 2. Pick the message you want to share. 3. Click the EMAIL icon. 4. Enter the address you wish to send the message to and click SUBMIT. DID YOU KNOW? HOME PHONE PHONE 2 GO SETTING UP PHONE 2 GO The new Phone 2 Go app lets your mobile phone access your Home Phone so you can stay close to home, even when you re not. 1. Enter your TWC ID username and password using the on-screen keyboard. If you check the Remember Me box, the app will launch without re-entering your TWC ID. 2. Tap Sign In. 3. If you have more than one line of service associated with your Home Phone account, choose the one you want associated to this device and tap OK. If you only have one line, this screen will be skipped. 4. Review and select your preferences for Call Options, Message Options and Contact Management. Preferences can be changed from Settings after the initial set up is complete. Call Options To make and receive calls using the home telephone number, you must select both options. Message Options To send and receive text messages using the home telephone number, you must select both options. Contact Management To be able to Add, Edit and Delete contact information while using the app, you must select all three options. 5. Tap I agree. 6. Acknowledge the 911 message by checking the box next to I understand and acknowledge I will not be able to place calls or send text messages to 911 emergency services using this application. 7. Tap Accept. 8. Enter a nickname for your device. The device nickname should be lowercase letters and numbers 0-9. Spaces, special characters and uppercase letters are not allowed. 9. Tap Next. 10. If you attempt to add more than 5 devices, a Maximum Devices in Use message will appear. If this occurs, select the device to deactivate. Tap Deactivate to open up a space for the new device. FEATURE TO ACTIVATE TO DEACTIVATE Caller ID Blocking *67 Automatically deactivated after call Call Forwarding *72 *73 Anonymous Call Rejection *77 *87 These features must first be enabled using VoiceZone or by calling Customer Service. Caller ID Blocking. Keep your name and number marked as private or anonymous. Call Forwarding. Forward your incoming calls to another local or domestic long-distance number. Anonymous Call Rejection. Allows you to block unwanted calls from people who do not send their Caller ID information. CALLER ID BLOCKING Allows you to temporarily change the public/private status of your phone number. Dial *67 before dialing a phone number to block the availability of your Caller ID information for that call. If you have turned on Caller ID Blocking for all calls (through the VoiceZone Settings tab), you can change your status back to public for one call by dialing *82 before dialing the phone number. Now the person you are calling will be able to see your Caller ID info. 3-WAY CALLING 1. While on a call, quickly press the Flash button or switch hook. This places the first person on hold. 2. Upon hearing the recall dial tone, dial the number of the second person. 3. Press the Flash button or switch hook again once the second person answers, and all people will be joined on the call.
