LECTURING POSTS SC01/2014 Post Level: PL3 Title: Senior Education Specialist: Head of Division Duties: Overall management of the Academic matters in Engineering Studies. Guide, support, monitor and assess the performance of lecturing staff. Recruitment, induction, attendance records, performance assessment, and determination of training needs, discipline and placement of students. Manage work distribution and time table for the Division. Ensure quality education and adherence to College and subjects policies. Manage exam-related matters. Manage the requisition, distribution and control of stock for the division. Assist with financial planning and control. Liaise with learners, parents and employers. Assist with the lecturing duties as required. Minimum Requirements: REQV 13 which include teachers qualification teacher qualifications. SACE registration is a prerequisite and computer knowledge Five years experience as a lecturer/ teacher/ educator is a prerequisite. Computer knowledge is compulsory.
