That s why the College and the Section have a longstanding tradition of co-sponsoring the Annual Institute on the Survey of Nebraska Law, a program designed to help lawyers keep abreast of new developments in Nebraska Law. The success of the Institute is due in large part to the judges and lawyers who volunteer their time to serve as the Institute s faculty. Their work reflects not only their substantive expertise but also their commitment to the profession.
