Therefore, I require that my students must be knowledgeable about their content, passionate about teaching children, and professional in their attitude and attire. I strongly believe that my teachers must have the skills and strategies necessary to engage their students in creative and critical thinking. In my teaching, I try to inspire my students by modeling best teaching practice, assigning tasks in an organized manner, and instilling the idea that all children can learn.
