Tired of the hassle of writing checks and sending cash to school? You can make payments online with a credit/debit card or bank account draft! E-giving allows parents to pay tuition, lunches, athletic and other school fees or make gifts to WCS online!! It will only take a few minutes to set up your account by going to the WCS website and clicking on the E- giving icon. Hi Parents! Our Christmas Concert is this Thursday, December 10th at 6:30! Our students have been working so diligently to prepare for the big night! Don t forget, our elementary students should all wear black or khaki pants with a red, green or white top, or a Christmas dress for girls. Pre-K - 5th grade students will meet in their homeroom classroom at 6:15. Secondary students should wear black pants with a red, green or white polo (or dress) shirt, or a Christmas dress for girls. Band students will meet on stage in the gym at 6:00. Choir/ensemble students will meet music room at 6:00. If you would like to purchase a DVD of the concert, the cost is $10. Please make your checks to WCS with Concert DVD on the memo line. Student Council will be selling delicious cookies and hot chocolate before and after the concert. All proceeds will go to the Student Council Christmas Project to support families in need in our community during the Christmas season.

Christmas Bundle The Junior Class is raising money to give Christmas gifts to children who would otherwise not have any. You can buy Christmas bundles for yourself or for someone else to brighten their day! Sizes: Small (Bag): up to 2 items- $3 Medium (Box): up to 3 items- $5 Large (Tin): up to 4 items- $7 Items: Truffles, Puppy Chow, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, White Chocolate Chex Mix, Sugar Cookies, and Candy Canes. Pay to Break the Dress Code Wesleyan Christian School Mission Statement: Students in 6th-12th grade may pay $2 per Thursday to break dress code. They may do this in 3 ways: 1-Wear sweat pants, 2-Wear athletic shorts (Girls, please be advised that your shorts MUST meet the 4 inch rule as stated in the handbook.), 3-Wear a hat. For your convenience, PTF will be selling Scrip cards before and after school during the the first two weeks of December, we will be selling Scrip cards on Tuesdays and Thursdays, before and after school, for all of your gift-giving needs. Lunch Information: Did you know you can check our menu, as well as the balance and purchases on your student s lunch account 24 hours a day by logging in to ParentsWeb. Please call the office if you need help logging in to your account. Also, lunch statements will be emailed every Friday afternoon to help you monitor activity on your family lunch account. Lunch fees for the 2015-16 school year are $4.25/meal, $2.25/extra entree, $.50/extra milk. Lunch money must be deposited in your family's lunch account before purchases can be made. You can send lunch money to the school office or pay online through E-giving. Free and reduced lunch applications are now available in the office. **Parents must deposit money in the family lunch account before purchases are made. Please bring lunch money to the main office.
