System designed to BS5839 recommendations. 6.4 Disabled Refuge Intercom/Alarm A Disabled person evacuation intercom is provided at all landing refuge points and main reception to assist in wheelchair evacuations. Disabled WC provided with assistance call alarm system. 6.5 Metering The electrical services distribution to be arranged to allow for multiple floor to floor tenancy or single tenancy with separate check metering for each floor and landlord services. 6.6 Low Voltage Installation Individual 100A single phase metered supplies to each floor. Combined lighting and small power MCB distribution board with space for tenant s small power circuits. 6.7 Power Standard power allowance: 40W/sqm (25W small power plus 15W lighting).
