Painted fiber-cement fascias Pre-painted aluminium gutters with down pipes Roof insulation : Spunsulation and 50 mm thick Isotherm All eaves enclosed horizontally. See also notes on ENERGY EFFICIENCY WINDOW FRAMES Aluminium windows to schedule ( white powder coated) GLAZING WINDOW SILLS CEILINGS CORNICES As per SABS 0400, clear glass to all windows except to bathrooms obscure glass. Internal: Painted timber. External: Brick on edge, plastered and painted Skimmed and painted plaster-board ceilings on brandering. 100mm Moulded cornices.

2 DOORS & IRONMONGERY FRAMES TIMBER DOORS Timber jamb liners to all door openings with architraves Solid Supa-wood doors (44 mm) single panel internal doors. Front door as per sample (show house) Fire doors to garage(s). All doors painted to schedule. LOCKS 3 lever locks to external doors, 2 lever locks to internal doors, cylinder lock to front door. HANDLES As per samples IRONMONGERY Butt hinges to all doors & barrel bolts to double doors. GARAGE Paneled zink-alume sectional slider automated door supplied with remote control. * ( Optional item, see annexure A ) TILES FLOOR TILES Porcelain (600 x600 mm ) as per samples to; bathrooms. Tiles as per samples. WALL TILES Porcelain as per samples to showers to 2 m. high. Shower floors in porcelain ceramics (75 x 75 mm) No step into showers OTHER FLOOR FINISHES ENGINEERED WOODEN FLOOR As per samples to: All living areas, passages, kitchen and scullery. Gas fireplaces: *High efficient flue less fireplace (No-vent or similar) in main living area. WATER TANK Rainwater to be harvested in a 2500 liter water tank to be situated either above or below ground for irrigation purposes. Tank fitted with automated pump serving two dedicated and marked taps.
