You will also obtain experience in other areas of Building Surveying allowing you to benefit from a supported and rounded training programme. A key difference between the APC pathway for a Building Surveyor opposed to a General Practice Surveyor is that Building Surveyors do not rotate between departments. As a Graduate Building Surveyor you will be expected to be motivated to become a Chartered Building Surveyor and motivated to put in the hard work and training required to reach this important career milestone.
