4 +44 (0) How it works Getting the most out of your project Project scope From market research to process improvement, financial analysis to stakeholder engagement, an internship can be designed to deliver what your business needs. One thing all successful projects have in common - they start with an agreed project scope that clearly outlines your business requirements and key project deliverables. Project duration An MBA internship or project is an assessed part of the programme, and as such needs to be completed between June and December and include a full-time element of between 8-12 weeks' work. Remuneration Student remuneration is determined by individual negotiations between employer and candidate and typically ranges from 500-2,000 per week. Employer commitment Whilst our MBAs are experienced business professionals they will require support from your organisation, whether this is ensuring appropriate access to data or securing time with key stakeholders. Like any employee they will benefit from regular project meetings and reviews. Visas and immigration Under the terms of their Tier 4 Student Visas, all non EEA nationals are eligible to undertake full-time, paid employment during the summer break (mid-june to mid-september) in the UK. During term time (October December), they can be employed for a maximum of 20 hours per week, academic commitments permitting. Throughout their MBA our students work with academic leaders and industry experts. Combine this with an average of six years experience in the workplace and you have a skilled resource ready to deliver the projects you need

Develop a project brief No longer than a page, this should include an outline of the project and key deliverables, details of timelines and location, and a profile of the desired candidate in relation to skills and experience. 2. Agree the application process Decide how and when you wish to advertise the position. CMS can help identify appropriate candidates or promote the role to the entire class. Applications can take the form of a standalone CV, a CV and cover letter or a project proposal. Whatever your preferred method of screening the CMS team can collate all applications for you to review. 3. Select a candidate CMS can help organise interviews at your offices, on-campus or over the phone. Once you have chosen a candidate your decision is communicated to all applicants and the successful MBA will contact you directly to agree a start-date and remuneration.
