Under the current policy of HKIS, graduates of these courses are permitted to take the APC of HKIS. These courses are also registered with the Hong Kong Non-local Courses Registry (NCR). It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which these courses may lead. * CIOB re-accreditation in progress. These degrees are ideal if you are: Leaving school with A Levels and want to study to become a Chartered Surveyor and gain professional status Already working in the profession and would like to gain further qualifications to progress your career and work towards membership of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Looking for a career change and want to work in the Real Estate or Construction sectors.
