Approved the first reading of the following policies: Revised Policies 246 Student Wellness 810.2 Transportation for Child Care New Policy 810.2B Transportation Video/Audio Recording Approved the agreement for payroll services with Carbis Walker and the Neshannock Township School District for the year ending December 31, 2015. The cost will be $1,100.00 per month. Approved First Commonwealth as the depository for the tax collector. Approved a request to establish a student activity organization Neshannock High School Technology Student Association (NHS-TSA). See Attached Information. Approved the immediate retention of First Student for the purpose of assuming responsibility for the management, supervision, and operation of the District s bus garage. First Student shall be retained immediately at the daily rate of $240.00 per day subject to the District s and First Student s exclusive negotiation and execution of a mutually acceptable service contract, which shall have a term not to extend beyond the 2014/2015 school year and fees not to exceed $1,200.00 per week plus mechanics fee of $65.00 per hour plus parts as needed. 6
