Advanced host preferences control the experience, allowing the host to hide the Who Is Here, Raise hand/voting and Chat sections. This can be used to create a simple view for participants to streamline their experience. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 9 of 35

The host can select which of their multiple displays to share, specific application or enable participant desktop to share by accessing the pull down arrow next to the start button. 2.2 New and Improved Outlook Add On The prior Microsoft Outlook Add On has been redone with a focus on tighter integration to the Outlook Ribbon. The new Outlook Add On is certified for use with Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013, on 32 and 64 bit version where appropriate. Office365 Cloud based Outlook support is available when using an installed Outlook client at the host. When using Outlook delegation the user will be reserving a conference on the ConferenceManager on behalf of the Host for which calendar they have selected. The email content can be customized via a configurable template, please contact Customer Care for more information. Customer Care can be reach at 1-866-676-6394 and email at: customercare@sonexis.com. Here is the new Sonexis Add On integrated into the Outlook ribbon: Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 15 of 35

A Sonexis Host utilizes the standard Outlook meeting calendar invites and then selects if they want to use Sonexis audio and web conferencing. The body of the email is auto populated with the ConferenceManager details for the scheduled conference. An existing, non-conferencemanager meeting in Outlook can be transitioned to a ConferenceManager scheduled conference by just opening the calendar item and selecting the Audio and/or web buttons from the ribbon. The Sonexis Outlook add-on utilizes the, new for this release, API for scheduling conferences on the connected ConferenceManager. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 16 of 35

The Meeting Options button in the Sonexis section of the ribbon provides further details and controls to the Host to manage the reservation. A new Reservationless mode is available and controlled via Class of Service to enable meetings to be setup with the ConferenceManager details added to the body of the invitation, but not to actually reserve ports on the ConferenceManager. There is no need to indicate the number of needed ports as the new Outlook Add On will automatically calculate how many ports based on the number of invitees in the meeting request. However, the user can override the count by using the port fields in the Advanced Options dialogue window shown below. These fields can also be hidden from view by new class of service options available. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 17 of 35

The Sonexis tab from within Outlook provides access to the Host s Sonexis Outlook Add On configuration as well as a quick link to log into the web portal My Conferences on the Sonexis ConferenceManager. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 18 of 35

The Host has to have permissions and then must allow this capability for participants to see this. The instruction is a free form text field configured by the system administrator from the Telephony page of the Sonexis ConferenceManager. See below: Note: Line breaks can be added by entering <br> into the Dialout Instructions text box. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 25 of 35

The participant can access the instructions from the participant login screen, shown below: Clicking on that link provides the participant with the configured instructions: Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 26 of 35

3.2 Class Of Service Management Improvement As the number of COS parameters has grown, the display has gotten unwieldy, requiring the administrator to scroll the entire screen to keep track of the parameters. The management has been improved to keep the description (name) of the COS on the screen while scrolling the parameters. The actions (Edit, Copy, etc.) are also kept on the screen. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 27 of 35

When editing a COS, a vertical scroll bar has been added to allow the administrator to scroll through the COS items while still being able to see the COS name and the actions on screen. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 28 of 35

3.3 Report Improvements This release provides a number of reporting improvements. The Conference Management reporting detail for a given day shows all conferences, including those that were scheduled but that did not occur. The list of conferences for a given day is provided from the Conference Management for a range of dates to show the number of conferences for each day in the range. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 29 of 35

Enter the date range and press Submit and a list showing the number of conferences held on each day is shown. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 30 of 35

Click on the date link for a specific day that you wish to see the detail for. See below for details showing conferences that started but had no call details as well as scheduled conferences that did not occur. The number of Invitees for each meeting is also provided. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 31 of 35

When the administrator selects a specific conference to see its details they will now also see how each connection ended. The End Type reported can be any of the following: Local The ConferenceManager initiated the disconnect. Remote The disconnect was initiated by the connected party. Rejected A Blastdial to this party was rejected. (Party pressed DTMF 2 ) NoAnswer The dialout was not answered within the timeout. Transfer The connection was transferred to another ConferenceManager server. Bridged The connection was bridged to the next of a back-to-back conference. Moved The connection was moved out of a conference via the Operator Console. Failed The dialout failed Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 32 of 35

3.4 New Call Detail Record export fields Three new fields have been added to the csv file when exporting the connection database. Dialout Answer Time An additional field is displayed when exporting the connection database that displays the time that the dialout call was answered. The potential toll cost of the call can be accurately determined by the difference between this time and the time of the disconnect. End Type An additional field is displayed when exporting the connection database that gives more detail as to the reason the connection ended. Entered DTMF Digits An additional field is displayed when exporting the connection database that displays the DMTF digits that the user has entered for incoming and outgoing audio connections. Entered DTMF digits are always shown unless https is enabled with SHA PIN encryption. In that case, there is a hidden database key that will enable them to be shown. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 33 of 35

3.5 User Management Expired Accounts The tenant setting Inactive Account Expiration requires that a host must login periodically to keep the account active. At initial creation of the account, the account remains active. After the first login, the host must login to keep the account active. In User Management, the ability to search for accounts based on the status (Active, Canceled, Expired) has been added. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 34 of 35

3.6 ConferenceManager IP Address Repair A frequent Customer Care issue is when customers change the IP address of the ConferenceManager server from Windows, and not via the Administration Network page. When this occurs, the admin web site can no longer be accessed since the server is no longer recognized as a valid licensed server. If the server ID is not valid, the following is displayed: The current IP address is displayed. This is what the user changed it TO from Windows. It is possible that there are multiple server records as is the case on a tower system or on a system that was previously a tower system. The user must enter the IP address it was changed FROM in order to match that against existing server records. Sonexis ConferenceManager What s New in Version 11.0 Page 35 of 35
