9 Over the last year, we have created over 121 Facebook campaigns for our own business and our clients. Each campaign will typically consist of at least two sets of ads with eight ads in each set. If you ad it all up, we have created over 1,900 Facebook ads for real estate over the past year to find what works best and gets the best ROI. We talk a lot about conversions at Tech Agent Academy. 15 A P R E S E N T A T I O N B Y T E C H A G E N T A C A D E M Y Types of Targeting There are three types of targeting that we typically use in our FB ads - Retargeting ads. These are ads that retarget people that have been to our landing page before, but didn't complete the home valuation form. This is a powerful tactic to gather leads even if they have said "no" to your offer before. You can use retargeting in conjunction with your regular traffic via SEO or paid ads like Adwords. - General List Building Ads - These ads target homeowners in your targeted area. They may not be selling right away, but are interested enough to want to track their home value. Great to build a local list of homeowners to add to your monthly newsletter and brand your business. - Sellers in Local Market - There are some advanced targeting in Facebook that allows you to target those that might be moving soon. This type of campaign cost a bit more to get leads, but the leads you get are more likely ones that might be selling.
