The general feedback was good. Some discussion about the new standard arised and was solved. Akershus county has a unique support systems for municipal EPC projects (free facilitation). The experience from running projects are in general very positive. The municipalities get a lot done in short time, and with one partner. This is the main reason behind the recommendation of EPC, with the saving guarantee as a good number two. 1
