2 Monitoring EU funds in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) CEE Bankwatch Network is an international NGO with member organisations currently from 11 countries across the CEE and CIS region. Its mission is to prevent the environmentally and socially harmful impacts of international financial institutions and EU funding, and to promote alternative solutions and public participation.

10 Prosumer in Poland (producer and consumer of energy) an individual, SME, entrepreneurs, associations, cooperative, etc. owns an RES microinstallation and produces renewable energy electricity and heat for primarily own use, with the possibility to sell the excess energy to the grid. currently RES microinstallations, 2,5 million prosumers by 2020 if legal and financial barriers are removed
