4 The aviation industry is characterized by high growth rates and a high crisis resistance. The aviation industry has been growing for years the increasing global network also facilitates a steady growth in the future. The worldwide passenger volume is estimated to exhibit a yearly growth rate by an average of 4.0% over the next 20 years. The volume of cargo is prognosticated to exceed the growth rate of the passenger volume (> 5%). The past has shown that the aviation industry fastly recovers from crises and emerges from those invigorated. Increasing global interconnectedness and internationally distributed production plants affect the aviation industry beneficially. High growth potential in Asia and in the Middle East. 3

8 With the BSc program, EBS offers the only aviation management final degree at university level in Germany. Degree: Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management Basic Idea: Academic sophisticated education of high quality with practical orientation in the aviation industry Dual educational system is possible Cooperation with companies from the aviation industry Conditions of admission: Direct application at the EBS: The applicants have to pass the acceptance process. Acceptance via partner companies: The participants have to meet the requirements of the partner companies and also pass the EBS acceptance process. 7
9 Internationality and practical orientation characterize the Aviation Management Course of Study at the EBS. Lectures in English Mandatory semester abroad at one of currently 20 foreign AM-partner universities from a unique partner portfolio Assignments abroad during the phases of practical involvement by use of the international aviation network are possible Internships are possible because of the network of Germany-wide cooperation partners within the aviation industry

11 The EBS Aviation Management course of studies comprises 200 ECTS credits in six semesters. Our curriculum comprises: - 40% Aviation Management, - 55% General Management and - 5% Personal Development. The course of studies imparts both profound economic knowledge and differentiated attainments in aviation management. 8 Aviation Management modules are optimally adapted for the requirements of the aviation industry it comprises practical and theoretical contents.
