You are asked to report o ALL the courses ad faculty i your istitutio which fall uder the geeral headig of the mathematical or computer scieces. For some colleges this may ivolve courses ad faculty i statistics, applied mathematics ad computer sciece that are mathematical i ature, but are taught outside the mathematics departmet. If your istitutio does ot have a departmetal or divisioal structure, cosider the group of all mathematics ad computer sciece professors to be the "mathematics departmet" for the purpose of this questioaire.
