Grosvenor Technology was founded in 1989 and today works with organisations such as the British Library, CalEnergy and Prince Mohammed Airport in Medinah, Saudi Arabia. Access control solutions are provided by Grosvenor s comprehensive Sateon system. Grosvenor has always been at the forefront of access control technology, and was the developer of JANUS and Siteguard, the UK s first Windows compatible access control solutions. Workforce Management solutions consist of the popular IT and RS series of products. These seamlessly combine with an organisation s HR function, and are used by a range of UK public sector organisations as well as retailers and commercial businesses. 2 THE GROSVENOR TECHNOLOGY TEAM Andy Rainforth Sales & Marketing Director Andy joined Grosvenor Technology in May 2014 and is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and activity across the UK, Americas and APAC operations. He was previously Sales Director for UK & Ireland at Honeywell Security Group, and prior to that Head of Sales and Marketing at Pyronix, an independent electronics manufacturer. John Turner Operations Director John joined Grosvenor Technology in February As Operations Director he is responsible for daily operations supporting the delivery of products, solutions and services to customers through effective management of operational costs, resources and capabilities. Before joining Grosvenor, John worked at Tyco for 12 years in various positions; most recently as Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Director of Reverse Logistics & Operational Excellence. He is a Member of the Charted Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS) and holds a Master s Degree in Management (MSc). Alan Burgess Technical Director Alan is one of the founders of Grosvenor Technology and has been working with the company for over 25 years. He is responsible for the technical development of software for Grosvenor products. Before setting up the company in 1989 Alan worked for organisations such as BAE Systems and BT. His experience includes telecommunications and computing; as well as electronic and software design and implementation.

3 Eric Drew Embedded Systems Director Eric has worked with Grosvenor for over 21 years, having joined the company as a Director and Shareholder. He is now responsible for Embedded Systems. Before joining Grosvenor, Eric ran Shearwater Electronics Ltd which developed and manufactured ground-breaking POS electronic controls. Dale Kaszycki Group Marketing Manager Dale joined Grosvenor at the beginning of 2014 as Group Marketing Manager and leads on marketing development for the Newmark Group of companies. His brief for Grosvenor Technology is to help reposition the company from an engineering organisation with excellent products; to a customer focused, problem solving business. Dale heads up a team of marketers keen to ensure that Grosvenor s success stories are heard by customers, installers and others in the industry. Mark Knight Head of Product Development Mark is the latest addition to Grosvenor s senior management team and joined the company in He previously worked with Microsoft, where he led a team responsible for delivering secure media communication between Skype users. He has also worked as Director of Product Management at Thales e-security and as a Senior Software Developer at Deutsche Bank. Mark s role is to ensure that Grosvenor s Research and Development resources continue to deliver innovative solutions to real world problems, and that the company s electronic security products are easy to deploy and secure, and are commercially successful.

4 Harry Blethyn Head of Professional Services (Access Control) Harry has been working at Grosvenor Technology since May 2007 and joined the company after gaining a degree in Computer Science from Portsmouth University. As head of the Access Control Professional Services team Harry manages the technical helpdesk along with the training teams and leads on Technical pre-sales and special projects. He writes bespoke integrations for the Enterprise level JANUS and Sateon systems and is heavily involved with the Development Roadmap team; providing input on the future and direction of Grosvenor s product range. Ben Lagden Head of Professional Services (Workforce Management) Ben manages Grosvenor s global technical workforce management team, all of which share his passion for delivering customer-led solutions. His career in workforce management began at Custom Micro Products - who were later acquired by Newmark Security and became part of Grosvenor Technology. Since 1999 Ben's roles have included Special Projects Manager, Technical Consultant and Support Engineer. He has a background in instrumentation and electronics in the nuclear and defence industries.

Sateon not only controls access to buildings, it also integrates with other systems including building management, human resources and even supports corporate social responsibility commitments. Grosvenor Technology s dedicated in-house project team is committed to developing bespoke Sateon solutions whatever the client s need. 6 WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT Grosvenor Technology offers a comprehensive range of workforce management and time and attendance solutions to solve the key issues faced by all businesses when managing their workforce. The state of the art terminals can be used by HR teams, line managers and peers to monitor staff attendance, rotas and holidays and even disseminate corporate information.
