Tempest Pay & Bill Safe Tempest always creates a storm in the labour supply marketplace - the benchmark by which all other systems are judged. Tempest Pay and Bill offers a complete end-to-end solution and has been designed specifically to handle the weekly payroll processing and billing requirements of a UK recruitment agency or timesheet based labour supply business. Part of the solutions capabilities encompass manual and electronic timesheet capture and validation, invoice production, processing of PAYE, CIS, self-employed and limited companies, self-billing, nominal ledger posting, extensive management reporting and complete validation, history tracking and audit trail. 8 Tempest Internet Portals Tempest Internet is the revolutionary web portal solution that interfaces the web to Tempest back office information, giving data access to clients, workers and internal colleagues via the company web site and intranet. Worker Portal - enables your workers to come on-line and pick up payslips, input timesheets, change personal details and view a future and historical work diary. Client Portal - allows your clients to authorise on-line timesheets individually or in batches, view financial details such as invoices and credit notes and to also manage personal details about client contacts. Colleague Portal - provides all of your employees with a web format view onto back office data and processes, which in our customer s experience greatly eliminates internal processes, paper flows and helps to save time and create efficiencies across the board. The client and worker portals are written using the latest Microsoft.net 2 framework and makes use of web services to ensure that the data is secure. The portals have a holding area database to allow validation of information prior to acceptance into the back office system and are written to allow customers to rebrand the portals in line with their own website.
