Unique features include the ability to easily reflect complex organisational structures, managed directly by the HR team without IT intervention. Graphical file presentation and easy to navigate structures are also enhanced by full-text search capabilities to instantly resolve questions. With worldwide accreditation for secure data storage and an advanced web-client for fast searching, this key component has over 100 published interfaces for seamless retrieval behind traditional business applications, including the most popular ERP and CRM platforms. Easy to use, deploy and manage, EASY Enterprise holds and manages records in conjunction with all the leading data storage appliances. EASY Contract A complete contract management solution based on a pre-configured version of the EASY Documents workflow application.
