2 MISSION STATEMENT M2K Communications aim to connect people with technology providing an end to end solution that is closely aligned to our client s business requirements and goals. At M2K, we combine the highest level of technical competencies, strategic thinking and years of valuable hands-on experience in a diverse range of products and a broad spectrum of market sectors. About Us We are a leading provider of technology solutions that include mobility solutions, unified communications, corporate IT solutions, integrated communication solutions and managed services. We also offer a range of other services comprising of cloud based communication offerings, project planning and implementation and infrastructure monitoring and management. We have been a Telstra Enterprise Partner of choice for over 18 years and are proudly 100% Australian owned. In September 2011, we incorporated M2K IT Technologies as part of the M2K Group, thus providing our customers with a single convenient point of contact for all their communication and technology needs. We are an Authorised Apple Reseller and are also allied with suppliers that include Nokia, Samsung, HTC, ShoreTel, Avaya, HP, Netgear, Microsoft, Trend and Symantec. 2

Our History Our services, solutions and expertise have enabled our customers, from small to large global corporations to simplify the way they communicate and work. We work with leading CEO s and IT Operations Managers to help them harness the power of mobile technology and be able to establish their priorities, which in turn help our customers derive real business value. Our objective is to create an environment for our customers where they can access information faster, bring dispersed employees together easily, communicate clearly across devices and make decisions more quickly. 6 SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Office Hours Monday Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Weekends Phones are diverted to a nominated person Dedicated Number Urgent requests over the weekend and public holidays divert through to a nominated person Dedicated Account Executive Work with your dedicated Account Executive who understands the challenges of doing business in your area and can recommend appropriate products and solutions You will be assisted by a member of our Sales Administration team, who supports your Account Executive to ensure an efficient and seamless transition Response Times 2 to 4 hour response time frames on all orders, adds, moves and changes, pricing requests and general queries All urgent requests are responded to within 30 mins to 1 hour where specified Deliveries M2K Courier: No charge on deliveries in Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs (Potential saving to customer $25,000 per annum). Australian Air Express (AAE): All other deliveries dispatched via AAE at 4.30pm every day. The standard rate is $ Overnight deliveries to capital cities. Special deliveries will be quoted on Online Portal You will have access to a customised online ordering portal set up with your product preferences and tailored to your business requirements Submit online; - Hardware orders - Connections & Upgrades - Adds, Moves, Changes - Mobile Phone Repairs - More Requests will be actioned in a 2-4 hour time frame. 6
