3 MAINTENANCE & SERVICE Powerchill Air Conditioning Services provides HVAC preventative maintenance for a variety of air conditioning systems and equipment. Our experienced staff will help design a preventative maintenance plan that is tailored to meet the budget and operating needs of your facility We offer regular monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, halfyearly or yearly preventative maintenance services at industry competitive prices. A preventative maintenance plan with Powerchill Air Conditioning will ensure that your mechanical and air conditioning equipment is performing at peak efficiency and will increase the life expectancy of your system whilst reducing the likelihood of it breaking down and ensuring your building is kept healthy and in efficient working order. Powerchill Air Conditioning provides 24 hour service to its clients, offering a 2 hour response time to all urgent breakdowns. Our Service Technicians are fully equipped and qualified as well as individually accredited and/or licensed to provide competent service in a safe and professional manner. At the completion of each job all service and maintenance reports will be sent electronically with all SWMS and WH&S paperwork included.
