Distribute mail, filing, and other clerical duties Input new member data, financial contribution data and membership update information. Works with campus administrator on annual tithing and giving campaigns, data entry, and processing of weekly tithes and offering. Research available funding opportunities and prepare grants for submission to the identified funders. Ability to design brochures, fliers, logos, newsletters and other marketing materials used throughout the campus Ability to capture and write success stories of our members and guests that we serve in the Bread of Life and Temenos CDC, as well as provide writing support for all marketing materials used throughout the campus. A men s Empowerment Groups designed to strengthen all individuals with the Word of God so that they may become disciples of God believing the Word of God, speaking the Word of God, being victorious through Christ Jesus in the Word, and properly ministering the word of God to others. A dynamic ministry for young adults (ages under 35), that creates opportunities for spiritual growth. Provides spiritual support to the sick and the shut-in; those in the hospital and in hospice, and to those also in nursing homes. Receives and conduct intake on all new members, as well as provide a monthly new member s orientation session. Prepares and serves meal to homeless men. women and children in a loving and compassionate environment. A gathering of men who are committed to intercede in prayer for our Campus, Leaders, Staff and the members of our Church family. A group of artisans that come together to knit and crochet prayer shawls that are prayed over and distributed to the sick and shut in. A time of prayer, reflection and instruction on the various ways of prayer, meditation and spending time with God A ministry that submits prayer requests on behalf of those in need of prayer via texting as well as intercede on their behalf. Offers free rapid HIV testing and counseling, in collaboration with community agencies, serving 60 guests a month. Greet people; distribute bulletins; assist in finding seating, assist elderly, assist with special needs and equipment, maintain order during service, collect offering, direct flow of Communion, record attendance, deliver attendance sheets to workroom Greet and welcome those attending Sunday worship Services and, periodically, other special events.
