UCSI was recently appointed as the first international Korean cuisine education centre in Southeast Asia by the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation. Its Korean focus is further bolstered by strategic partnerships with Woosong University and Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant, who serve as a teaching and learning partner and an industry partner, respectively. In the area of Chinese cuisine, UCSI established the Shunfung Culinary School on campus. The Shunfung brand is one of China s leading fine dining restaurant chains.
