Name of the Work: Sealed quotations are invited from reputed organizations for Restructuring of Data Center (survey, design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning) at College of Engineering Pune as per the Annexure _I on turnkey basis. 2. Each Supplier shall submit only one quotation. 3. The contractor must make his own arrangement to keep the material/tools brought by him in his safe custody. 4. The safety of the workmen employed by the contractor fully lies in the scope of contractor. The workmen employed by the contractor must strictly follow safety norms while doing the work. 5. The Contractor will be liable for any damage or loss made for the institute during the work. 6. The Quotations would be evaluated considering all items together with indicated quantity. 7. For all items, Place of delivery of networking items required for Restructuring of data center work is Computer Engineering and IT Department, College of Engineering Pune The Restructuring of data center work shall be completed within 21 days from the date of Purchase Order. The quantity mentioned may vary as per requirement. Comprehensive warranty on components as per the manufacturer s policy. 8. Payment: 50% payment of total amount (towards material) shall be made at the earliest on receipt of the material in good condition in stores of Department of Computer Engineering and IT, COE Pune.
