Custom Orders Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Lead times vary according to product, with a general delivery time of 8-12 weeks. All orders require full payment before shipping or pick-up. Shipping Big Mango provides delivery service within the Dallas-Ft.Worth area. For shipping to other cities and states, we will provide the best quote for shipping via a common carrier. In most cases, a liftgate truck and pallet jack are available to unload the shipment, but further handling is the responsibility of the customer. About Our Pieces Certain irregularities are inherent to stone and wood. The color, shape and other unique characteristics, such as striations and fracture lines in stone and individual distinctions among woods of different species and age only lend to the beauty of our products. No two pieces will ever match exactly. Claims and Returns We will be happy to exchange or credit your purchase within 2 weeks of your receipt. However, no refunds or credits will be given for special orders. In the event that your order is damaged during shipping, please report it to us and to the carrier immediately. It is also advised that all packing material is retained and that proper documentation is recorded for claims processing. Proper reporting of damages is required before any credit can be made.
