2 Viesturs is a Partner of the executive search company Amrop Hever Baltics, based in Riga office, Latvia. Viesturs has broad experience having worked in IT and Telecommunications industry since Ten years in fixed line telecommunication company Lattelekom in various top management positions in IT and Marketing areas. His last position before he left Lattelekom in 2003 was New Businesses Division director. He has also worked as a Member of the Board in Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, the biggest mobile network operator in Latvia, representing Lattelekom as a shareholder. After that he has worked for Microsoft Corporation as a Marketing organization manager for the Baltic region till Viesturs graduated from Riga Technical University with a Radio engineer diploma and in addition to this he has received MBA degree from Riga Business School.
