3 Predictive Maintenance Through a diligent and professional approach we carry out a predictive maintainence regime tailored to specific client needs in order to reduce reactive calls and increase the life cycle of client assests. We have inhouse thermographers who are professionally trained to carry out thermal imaging of premises which highlight areas where energy is being lost. We construct a client specific predictive maintenance plan that enables the client to save money and help the environment. Planned Preventative Maintenance Our planned maintenance strategy is based on legislative compliance, manufacturers recommendations, best practice and client needs. All planned maintenance is controlled through our computer system which also captures and stores all reactive jobs. A planned maintenance scheme is formulated in collaboration with the client and tailored to meet budgetary constraints. The scheme will be compliant and include disciplines such as Legionella testing, portable appliance testing, fire alarm testing etc. Energy Performance Certificates As part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) January 2009, there is now a legal requirement to have in your possession an Energy Certificate (EPC). Commercial buildings (classed as non-dwellings) that must have an EPC carried out. We provide the inspection and certification services for the energy performance rating of commercial buildings. The certificate will provide the energy rating of the building graded A to G, where A is the most efficient. The energy rating is based on the characteristics of the building itself and its services (such as heating and lighting). The certificate is accompanied by a report which includes cost effective recommendations to improve the energy ratings. For each improvement, indicative paybacks are listed. Reactive Maintenance We strive to eleminate reactive maintenance. Where this is not possible all resources needed to resolve the issue are at our finger tips. We self-deliver all wet trades, electrical, refrigeration, lightning protection, energy assessments and project management. We have a team of dedicated technicians who are trained to the highest degree and are accessable 24/7. Our helpdesk uses the most up to date computer system available to control and complete all reactive jobs. OHSAS ISO 14001

4 Small Works Our Small Works team operates within the commercial, retail, leisure and residential sectors. We undertake a broad spectrum of work from small emergency repairs through to extensions, refurbishments and new builds up to a value of 1m. Our key to success has been a personable and professional approach from a manager who acts as a single point of contact throughout the duration of a project. We manage and execute investigative works with our in-house team of operatives and when required have access to a broad panel of tried and tested specialist subcontractors. We have successfully completed projects throughout Great Britain, Ireland, Isle of Man and France. A flat management structure combined with multi-skilled staff enables our team to be flexible in our approach while maintaining a competitive edge. Our workforce is experienced in completing tight programmes in live occupied environments and maintaining safe sites.
