4 Additional services Real-case project coaching: Business experienced experts coach students in their real-case projects individually and in small teams. Personality development: Within the 24 months of the program, individual competence profiles are repeatedly assessed and evaluated. Each student is guided to understand and develop his/her personal areas of competencies and integrate these into his/her future career plan. Duration During the 24 months of the program the program takes place self organized online and in five in-person sessions. The average weekly workload amounts approximately 5-10 hrs depending on individual learning styles and schedules Global locations The five residences are conducted in: Germany, Berlin, 2 weeks Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, 1week USA, San Diego, 2 weeks India, Pune/Bangalore, 1 week China, Beijing, 1 week Starting dates and deadlines Cohorts start on March and September, admission is rolling Organization Participants are enrolled at Steinbeis University Berlin. Student services and program administration are conducted by SIBE, out of Germany.

5 Program costs 1. Option: Tuition fees for students (without a company scholarship): The total tuition fees for the two-year study program are 29,760 Euro. These tuition fees can be paid monthly in 24 installments of 1,240 Euro (36 installments possible). Tuition fees do not include travel costs to seminars and the study trips abroad. Travel cost depend on the location of the company. KODE -Test: 60 Euro (incl. German VAT). KODE, a talent diagnostic and development tool is mandatory for enrollment. Additional costs might occur regarding mandatory literature for seminars or tests. Costs for printing and binding of the Master Thesis (4 copies, hard cover) amount to approx. 120 Euro. Usually paid by the students themselves. 2. Option: Tuition fees for companies and students (with a company scholarship): The special SIBE financing model with a company scholarship accommodates students and companies. For Companies: A SIBE Master degree is not simply an investment in an employee's future, but rather an investment in the company's success! Usually, the expenses for a SIBE Master student are lower than for a regular salaried position. Program fee to SIBE: Salary for student: 940 Euro per month (plus German VAT, where applicable) individually agreed salary (at least 1,300 Euro incl. German VAT per month) (The student will pay 300 EUR of its salary (without VAT) as its tuition fees to SIBE) Additionally, the company will pay for the travel expenses to attendance seminars and the study trips abroad (USA and China). For Students: The company assumes all travel costs to the seminars, a large part of the required tuition fees and pays students an additional salary at the level of a scholarship. From this salary (at least 1,300 Euro incl. VAT per month), students pay 300 Euro per month tuition to SIBE KODE -Test: 60 Euro (incl. VAT). The competence test is mandatory for enrollment. Additional costs can occur regarding purchasing mandatory literature for seminars or tests. Costs for printing and binding of the Master Thesis (4 copies, hard cover): ca. 120 Euro. 6 Enrollment Requirements: Completed first degree on minimum Bachelor s level from an accredited institution of higher education. Steinbeis University Berlin s study and examination regulations requires a minimum of 210 ECTS for admission to the Master of Business Administration program. Candidates who have compiled 180 ECTS in their first degree may be eligible for distance shortterm programs at SIBE to earn 30 ECTS and fulfill the enrollment criteria. A minimum of 2 years full time, professional experience after completion of a first degree. Very good English skills. Successful participation in SIBE s selection procedure and the competence assessment KODE Kompetenz-Test. An approved real-case-project in any partner company or organization Selection Procedure: SIBE has rolling admission. Incoming applications are reviewed year-round and selection procedures are conducted several times throughout the year. Step 1: Submission of an application including: High-school certificate / proof of college entrance qualification College or university certificates and transcripts Curriculum Vitae A letter of motivation Letters of reference Step 2: Internal review of application. Step 3: Approved candidates receive an invitation to SIBE's selection procedure. Selection procedures may consist of group tasks, individual tasks, the online conducted competence assessment KODE * and a personal interview. They are conducted online or in-person. Step 4: Candidates that successfully passed the selection procedure and have secured one or several real-case-project(s) with an organization or company receive an education agreement from SIBE, including a real-case-project agreement for their partner organization or company to sign. Step 5: Enrollment and program start. *The KODE assessment costs 60 Euro (incl. 19% VAT), payable via PayPal or any major credit card. No other application fees apply
