2 Master of Business Administration Alliant School of Management The School of Management at Alliant International University prepares individuals for professional careers in business, management and public affairs. Master of Business Administration [MBA] The MBA program at Alliant School of Management provides advanced business, management and analytical skills and extensive practical experience applying those skills, especially in multicultural contexts. The MBA degree is a 2 year program and consists of 48 units, of which 12 units are concentration courses. The program follows a cohort model, with all students taking the core curriculum courses in their first year followed by concentration tracks during their second year of studies. MBA Concentrations During the second year of their studies, students have an opportunity to customize their MBA program with an in-demand concentration depending on their career goals and interests. The Professional Development at ASM consists of: Internship Career and Professional Identity Community Service Learning SAP Training Alliant School of Management is the only Business School in San Diego to offer complimentary SAP training as a part of the Business Degree. SAP is the world s largest Enterprise Resource Planning system with a worldwide market share of about 60% and wide usage among the Fortune 500 and other companies. Graduates with SAP training not only have a competitive edge in the job market but are actually hired at a salary differential which ranges $5K to $10K over non SAP trained graduates with the same degree. SAP estimates that as many as 40,000 SAP knowledgeable graduates are needed to meet global demand over the coming two years. Worldwide, 75,000 companies have purchased and maintain SAP software, resulting in 12 million users in some 120 countries.
