Foundation of Business Program The Foundation of Business Program is a two term vocational (non-academic) program designed to introduce you into the world of studying at a College in English. Intensive language, Business Communication Skills and Mathematics courses prepare you for your later undergraduate studies. A collection of introductory business courses will give you a general overview on topics you will come across during your future studies. Should you be lacking the necessary secondary/high-school degree to be able to study at university level in Germany this program allows you to progress into the New European College as a university level student. A solid foundation of knowledge is laid out in core subjects such as Organisation, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources and Economics. To help you with your future career this foundation is complemented with courses adding to your social- and managerial skills as well as your language and presentation skills. Numerous additional business courses round-off our well-balanced curriculum. Human Resource Management The necessary conceptual frameworks, knowledge, key skills and abilities which allows students to understand what is required to effectively manage human resources within todays organisations are taught within this specialization.
