23 Information - Background Title: Master of Science ZFH in Facility Management Internationally oriented programme with nationally/internationally recognised degree 90 ECTS points (Master s thesis: 30 ECTS points) Duration: Full-time programme 3 semesters Part-time programme 5 semesters Start: September each year 23

24 Information - Background Consecutive MSc in FM, in English (Level C1), Progression from the Bachelor in FM Applicants with different qualifications (e.g. bachelor in business administration, hotel management, civil engineering, building services engineering or architecture) can be accepted under certain conditions Combines scientific expertise with management orientation Prepares technical and managerial staff for positions in middle and upper management 24

31 Admission Process - Application Application form Download from homepage Letter of Motivation In English or German language Letters of Recommendation Two letters of recommendation should be enclosed Knowledge of English Level C1 is essential for successful study (Level C1 is equivalent to at least CAE / TOEFL Paper (575 pts), Computer (232 pts), ibt (90 pts) / IELTS (6.5)) Application deadline: April 30 each year 31
