1 Virginia E. Schein, Ph.D. Professor Emerita of Management and Psychology Gettysburg College, USA Dr. Virginia E. Schein is recognized internationally for her groundbreaking research on gender stereotyping and requisite management characteristics. Her widely cited research spans four decades and five continents. Dr. Schein lectures worldwide on gender and leadership, most recently in the United Kingdom, France, Turkey, and South Africa. She has been a professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Baruch College of the City University of New York and Yale University and was Director of Personnel Research for MetLife in New York City. Dr. Schein has served as a United Nations /NGO representative for the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and is a founding member of the Global Organization for Humanitarian Work Psychology. She is the author of Working from the Margins: Voices of Mothers in Poverty (Cornell University Press) and co-author of Power and Organization Development (Addison-Wesley series). Dr. Schein is a past President of the Metropolitan New York Association Metropolitan New York Association and of the Work and Organizational Psychology Division of IAAP. A graduate of Cornell University, she received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University. She is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the International Association of Applied Psychology.

2 Professor Rosalind Searle Rosalind Searle is a chartered occupational psychologist and Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Psychology at Coventry University, where she is Head of trust research at the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations. She is secretary general for the Alliances of Organisational Psychology, an International organisation for work psychology. Rosalind leads the British Psychological Society s Division of Occupational Psychology working group on Board effectiveness. She is an internationally acknowledged expert on trust in organizations, focusing on how systems and relationships can be used to help create, sustain and repair stakeholders trust. She is an active researcher and author of a number of journal articles, chapters, books, and special reports. Rosalind is passionate about why trust matters and highlighting the differences between men and women.

3 Danuta Pieter Danuta Pieter - a 36 year old graduate from Imperial College London, HEC Paris and Sciences-Po Paris - is the Executive Director of the Fondation Haux de Paris - Haux de France, a leading non-profit organization for bringing about change in public health policies for the hospital, co-founded by AP-HP Greater Paris University Hospitals, the largest hospital group in Europe. She is the special advisor to its President, former First Lady Bernadette Chirac. In parallel, Danuta is a partner at Qarnot Computing, a high performance computing operator, based on a disruptive technology : the first digital radiator whose heat source in made up of processors. She is specifically in charge of developing partnerships in bio-informatics. Danuta teaches several courses at Sciences-Po in Paris, including one on Philanthropy and Fundraising. Previously, Danuta was an associate researcher at the Center for Geostrategic Studies of Normale Sup Ulm. She then created and ran the department of know-how transfer at Suez Environment - a worldwide utility company. Fluent in 6 languages, she has travelled extensively around the world and is a passionate contemporary art collector. Danuta is a board member of several professional and scientific organizations including Imagine, a 19,000 m2 research and innovative healthcare institute of a new kind, located on the campus of the Necker Enfants Malades Hospital in Paris, bringing together over 450 researchers, doctors and patients, with a common goal: to cure genetic diseases.
