6 Dates, Preparation & Payment Schedule The following is a timeline for program preparation and for payments: 14 days HASSE Senior Space School Program 8 December 2015 to 22 December 2015 Costs: A$7,450 (inclusive of GST) Inclusions for the program Tuition fee, Admission to program events Accommodation and meals Accommodation: Two students to share a room in a 4 or 5 star business hotel. The hotel is secure, and has exclusive HASSE conference room for class activities Transportation from airports and in between different venues in the USA All Pre-departure briefings and materials ivicon certified Group Leader to accompany the students throughout the program ivicon certified Teaching Assistants to accompany the students throughout the program 24 hour emergency back-up from ivicon Houston support staffs, with Medical doctor arrangement from Houston Medical Centre Not Included Return airfare from Sydney to Houston, Texas USA Travel and medical insurance The above cost will be communicated to the participating students and parents after acceptance of Expression of Interest from the parents 6
