4 1 1 Introduction UniCredit Online system proposed by UniCredit Bank is a modern system of remote banking for natural persons-customers, which provides a unique opportunity to feel a comfort of twenty-four-hour banking services from anywhere in the world where there is an Internet access. UniCredit Online system offers rich functional capabilities to manage your money in UniCredit Bank: to control the funds on your accounts and cards to look through your extracts and payment history to transfer funds between accounts and cards at UniCredit Bank to pay purchases to accounts with other banks in Ukraine to replenish deposit accounts to make settlements using payment cards VISA, MASTER CARD to pay utility bills to top up mobile phones to manage your cards - to issue new ones, re-issue payment cards, provide restrictions on the transactions execution to monitor loan repayment schedule to communicate with the bank via a secure communication channel and many other useful functions. Advantages of the UniCredit Online system work in the system twenty-four-hour 7 days a week the system doesn t require installation of the additional software or special knowledge. You can receive access to UniCredit Online via any browser access to the management of your funds in any place, under condition you have access to the Internet no-charge connection and maintenance multi-level security time saving in case of banking transaction understandable by intuition and human-engineered interface 2 System requirements Screen resolution: at least 1024 x 768 Proper system operation is maintained by means of the following browsers: - Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 8.0 or higher; - Mozilla Firefox, version 33 or higher; - Google Chrome, version 38 or higher; - Opera, version 24 or higher; - Linux (recommended version Ubuntu ) / Firefox, version or higher; - Mac (recommended version MacOS X ) / Safari, version or higher Additional software: - RTF Viewer - if you want to view card statements. At any ATM of "Ukrsotsbank" you need to receive a list of one-time passwords. For this purpose you shall execute the following actions: insert your basic card into ATM and enter a PIN-CODE

6 3 in the main menu of ATM choose point Other services choose a point the List of one-time passwords. 2. Follow the link and then you need to pass a procedure of registration in the system, following step-by-step instructions. 3. At the first enter into the system you need to change the initial password which will be sent to the post address specified by you upon termination of registration. After that you can begin at once full-scale work with system. In case of need, you can get acquainted with detailed instruction on connection. Before beginning of the work in the system UniCredit Online it is recommended to get acquainted with the following: 1. recommendations on maintenance of safe work in the system. To read 2. the description of the general principles of work with system (Fast acquaintance with the system) or the detailed instruction of the user of system. 4 Connection Connection to the system UniCredit Online is carried out independently without necessity of visiting of branch of the Bank and signing of any additional documents. Unique and sufficient condition for connection to the system is a holding of an active payment card of "Ukrsotsbank". To start work in the system UniCredit Online you need to execute some simple steps: 1. At any ATM of "Ukrsotsbank" you need to receive a list of one-time passwords. More detailed 2. Reception of the list of one-time passwords To receive the list of one-time passwords at any ATM of "Ukrsotsbank" you need to execute the following actions: insert your basic card (usually it is the first issued card) into ATM and enter a PIN-CODE; choose point Other services; choose a point the List of one-time passwords; choose desirable quantity of passwords (10, 15 or 20); take away, one-time passwords printed on the check by ATM. v.1.0.0

Please keep in mind that the delivery of SMS in roaming completely depends on the technical capabilities of your mobile operator. ATM one-time password - at log-in the system and confirmation of payments the system will request a specific one-time password from the list you ve received in ATM before the registration v.1.0.0

Before the beginning of use of system it is recommended to study the basic sections of the instruction: the description of the system s interface review of the detailed information on your accounts creation of financial and non-financial documents signing and sending of documents to the bank correspondence with the Bank settings of notices You can use a short instructions worked our for skilled users 5.1 Quick acquaintance with the system This chapter summaries the general principles of work with the system, and is worked out for skilled users. For reception of more detailed instructions on work you can address to corresponding points of the instruction. The basic interface circuit of the system has a little differences from what that are used in similar systems. The system interface can be divided into following blocks: the header control - the unchangeable block containing changeover of language of the system, status of icon and the button for exit from the system. the menu - navigation on panels and functions of the system. the content - the principal block for display of data of the system The most important panels \ functions of the system are the following: the review of accounts - allows to review all your accounts and current balances on them. It is caused by menu item ACCOUNTS Balances on accounts are updated each time at opening of the review of accounts. Therefore if you v.1.0.0

In this case the document means a request to the Bank, issued in a special form, on performance of any transaction. Transactions can be financial (payments, transfer of means) and non-financial (card blocking, establishment of restrictions on a card, service activation). For creation of financial documents menu item Payments is used, non-financial - Card Managements a folder of signatures - all documents shall be signed for sending to the Bank with a purpose of execution. the history of payments - allows to review the status of a document sent to the Bank The typical scenario of payments mechanism: to enter the system to open a necessary type of payment in the menu Payments to fill all necessary fields in the form of payment to save and sign the payment to check up the payment status in archive of payments 5.2 Log-in the system To log-in the system you can use a reference Log-in in Online banking on official site of UniCredit Bank ( For subsequent use you can make a bookmark at once for the opened site of the system and use it. Enter your login and password; click the log-in the system

14 11 At the first log-in the system, it asks you to change the initial password. For this purpose enter the initial password, then enter your new password 2 times. Depending on the method of identification chosen at registration, you ll need to enter ATM one-time password. In case of correct one-time password you ll log-in the system. Entry of one-time password at log-in the system can be canceled using system options. Being guided by consideration of safety we don t recommend to cancel request of one-time password at log-in the system. 5.3 System interface The user interface of system can be divided into 3 conditional blocks: header, basic menu and content v.1.0.0

15 Work with the system 12 The header is always displayed on the top and contains functions and information being accessible from any place of the system: phone and the reference to a page of support service of the system the block of notifications displays animated statuses-icons informing on the important events in the system: - you ve received the Bank s message. 16 13 The basic menu is always displayed in the left part and allows carrying out convenient navigation on functions and system panels. The menu is organized in the form of the two-level list (Section - functions). The menu of the first level displays sections of function abilities of the system and is displayed by capital letters. For access to functions of the section (the menu of the second level) you need simply to click by you mouse on the section necessary to you. Click by your mouse of the menu function will open a panel of this function for operation execution. My menu is one of sections of the menu which you can operate at your own will. You can supplement, delete, change the procedure of functions display at this section. More detailed information on management/operation of section My menu The content is basic workspace of the system where all data and elements of control, used at work with the system, are displayed. The majority of data displayed in the system are presented in the matrix format. For organization of more structured and compact display of data you can use the following sorting of data - for this purpose you simply need to click by your mouse on header of a column you wish to sort filtering of data - for this purpose you need to choose a command Filter in the Menu of operations being under the table, and to specify values for filtering To reset the Filter you need to use the menu the Filter in the menu of operations once again. Elements of control/operation used in the system: 1. The block of icons contains access to the following functions: - by clicking an icon in My menu the call of this function will be added. The icon of functions already added in the adjusted menu will have the following display and repeated click on an icon will lead to removal of the menu of activation from My menu. - The context help on activated function. The click by you mouse will open the section of this instruction describing activated function/panel in the system. - Opens a visible part of the screen in document PDF. - Prints a visible part of the screen. For navigation in system you need to use only references and system buttons. Don't use the button of navigation of a browser. 2. The menu of actions/operations is a contextual menu containing commands applicable for the open document or tabular data. Sometimes for performance of some commands it is necessary to select one or several lines. Below you'll find commands of the menu of actions which are mostly applied: 5 (10, 20, 50, 100) per page - limits quantity of displayed elements on one page filter switch on \ off a mode of a filtration for the table. In this mode you have possibility to concretize or limit data displayed in the table select all - marks all elements of the table v.1.0.0

Some elements of control can be in a hidden form for the organization of more compact display. You can independently hide and display such elements with the help of icons accordingly. Example of accounts display with the hidden lists of accounts 4. If at display data of table can't be displayed on one page, data will be divided into several pages. Thus at the bottom of table the element of control used for navigation between pages and indication of number of current page is displayed 5. In the bottom of the block of content date and time of last log-in the system is displayed. You can use this information to improve safety. More detailed information on last actions in the system you can learn by means of review log-files of work 5.4 Information review The system has wide opportunities on display of the detailed information, the executed operations, balances on your accounts and cards. More detailed information on these possibilities you can learn from corresponding sections: the review of accounts - the list of all your accounts and cards with display of the current balance on them the detailed information on accounts statement and history of transaction on the account card statement the list of credits and their details (the repayment schedule, the interest rate, a termination date) the list of the created documents archive of documents Account overview In panel Account overview to you can review a list of all your accounts, cards and credits, their status and balance on each of them. This panel is opened right after log-in the system and on-default is start screen of the system UniCredit Online. All your accounts opened in UniCredit Bank and accessible to you, are displayed in this panel in the form of three blocks: Current accounts and deposits this block contains all your accounts, deposits and savings accounts.

18 15 Cards - this block contains all your cards and additional cards issued to your proxies. Credits - this block contains your credits and lines of credit. You have possibility to hide or show each of blocks - for this purpose you only need to use buttons near each block accordingly. Balances on accounts are updated each time at opening of a panel Account overview. Therefore if you need to update balances on accounts you'll simply open the Accounts menu once again. In this panel you have possibility to carry out the following operations over data: activate a panel with a detailed information on each of presented accounts or cards - for this purpose simply click by your mouse on the account you wish to review. review the history of operations on the current account - for this purpose you shall click by your mouse on a mark near the necessary account. More detailed information on review of history of operations. sort the displayed information by any of the presented columns - for this purpose you need simply to v.1.0.0

19 Work with the system 16 click by your mouse on the necessary heading. To reset sorting you shall use a command Reset of sort order in the menu of actions filter the displayed information on any of the presented columns. For this purpose in the Menu of actions of the necessary block you need to choose the Filter. Then you shall enter the needed conditions of a filtration of displayed data. To reset filter you shall use a command the Filter in the menu of actions once again Account details In a panel Account Details you have possibility to review the additional information on each of displayed accounts and to establish for it the personal name (my name). To open the additional information on the account you shall simply click by your mouse on the account in Account overview. For each type of the account separate information is displayed. Examples of display of the detailed information and key features and functions on each of types of accounts are provided below: The function My name of the account being general for all types of accounts will allow you to give your name to the account (alias). The name given to the account is displayed at an account choice that facilitates its identification. To give the name to the account you shall fill a field My name of the account (no more than 20 symbols) and click the button Example of display of a panel with the detailed information on the Current account:

21 Work with the system 18 Besides the basic information such panel contains the status (active/inactive) of service SMS-banking and phone number to which it is connected. By means of corresponding buttons you have possibility to activate service SMS-banking or to change mobile number to which service SMS-banking is connected. Example of display of a panel with the detailed information on the Credit account: Parameters of the credit account (the interest rate, the balance, overdraft, the schedule of repayment and other helpful information) you have possibility to see in the menu Loans Card statement By means of function Card statement you have possibility to receive the detailed report (statement) on all operations transacted on your cards and card accounts for last 12 months. You have possibility to print or export this statement for the further analysis. To receive card statement or card account you shall execute the following actions: choose the menu ACCOUNTS > Card statements

22 19 in the field Choose account / card specify one or several cards or accounts over which you want to receive a statement. To choose several cards/accounts keep pressed Ctrl. You have possibility to filter the list of accessible cards and accounts using the switch Type - (All, Account, Card). At switching the system will display all your cards and card accounts, only accounts, only cards accordingly. The card account statement contains operations both on account and on all cards related to this account. select from the list a month for which you want to review the statement click the button Download statement - to review and print statement (format RTF) Export - to export the statement to format XML. This format is well suited for importing data into an external program, for example for analysis. But this format is not the same as XLS (MS Excel) after preparation of data for what some period of time can be required, the statement becomes accessible to review or to save. 23 Work with the system Accounts statement By means of function Statement you have possibility to receive the detailed report (statement) on all transactions carried out on your non-card accounts for any period. You have possibility to print or export this statement for the further analysis. To receive account statement or you shall execute the following actions: choose the menu ACCOUNTS > Statements in the field Choose account(s) specify one or several accounts over which you want to receive a statement. For your convenience you have possibility to filter the list of accessible accounts using the switch Type (deposit account and current account, credit accounts). At switching the system will display all your accounts or credit accounts accordingly. Credit accounts are special accounts used by the Bank for the account of your credits and give you the information on funds transfer on your credits. Usual transactions on payments aren't accessible for these accounts - only review of statement. choose the period for which you want to review the statement establish the switch on Show zero turnovers according to your preferences. At the established switch the data being provided will contain data for those days for which there were no turnovers. click the button Search after preparation of data for what some period time can be required, the system will display the summary of information on transactions per each day (turnover for a day) for the period set by you. The given information contains: o date and account number o balance on the account on the beginning of day o the sum of operations for a day separately write-off and separately transfer - using these data you can find out whether transactions on days took place or not o balance on the account at the end of day

24 21 To review the list of transactions carried out for a specific day, click record with date being interesting for you. The system will display the list of transactions for the selected date with possibility to search transactions using specific details. Similarly if you click on transaction the detailed information on it will be displayed. v.1.0.0

25 Work with the system 22 To search transactions using such search criterion as period of time and export, you need to use function review history of transactions on the account. You also have possibility to print the received statement in convenient form. For this purpose you need to mark days, statement on which you want to print, and click the button Download Statement the statement into file PDF. The statement will be opened in a new panel of a browser. Attention! To review the statement on your computer the program to review files in PDF (for example Adobe Reader) shall be installed Additional operations which you have possibility to execute in this panel: to export turnover to a file of format CSV. For this purpose you need to mark those days turnovers on which you want to export, click the button Export and save the generated file Currently the system in account statement displays transactions which executed no more than 3 months in the past, from the time when user registered in UniCredit Online.

26 23 Account statements updated every minutes. This means that transaction will displayed in the account statement approximately after minutes of the execution time Card transactions By means of function Card transactions you have possibility to receive list of transactions carried out on your cards and card accounts for any period.. To receive Card transactions or you shall execute the following actions: choose the menu ACCOUNTS > Card transactions select the cards and card accounts in the field Chosen Cards. You can use the filter Type to switch between cards and card accounts. specify the time period List of operations will be filtered by the execution date in the banking system. Execution date and actual date of the operation are the same for most type of operations. But for purchase transactions in retail date may be more than 1-2 days. Search results are displayed as a list of transactions: o transaction date o card or account transactions will be displayed by chosen card and related card account too. o transaction description o amount of the transaction in the transaction currency. o billing amount - the amount of transactions in the currency of the card account o commission amount for the operation v.1.0.0

27 Work with the system 24 Note that the system limits the search and display only the first 100 operations performed on the account, which tied up the chosen card. If you lack the necessary search operations, try to reduce the period of the search, or use card statement Account transactions By means of function Account Transactions you have possibility to receive list of transactions carried out on your accounts for any period. To receive the list of transactions on the current account, you need to execute the following operations: in Account overview near the current account being interesting for you, you need to click on icon the account will be automatically displayed in the field Chosen Account. If necessary you can select another account specify the time period for transactions search if necessary specify Direction

28 25 You can use additional conditions for search. Access to them can be received by clicking on More search criterion : a code receiver (ЕДРПОУ/ tax ID number) and the account of the receiver a bank code (МФО) of the receiver a sum of the document - it is possible to specify a range of sums for display The sum for conditions on write-off transactions is entered with a positive sign payment purpose The result of search is displayed in the form of list of transactions and summarized data. You have possibility to export the found transaction into a file. For this purpose it is necessary to click the button Export. Summarized data include: balance carried down and balance brought down for the chosen dates The balance carried down and balance brought down will be selected only if any additional search criterion isn't selected quantity and the sum on transactions of transfer (credit), write-offs (debit) and summarized data Loans The panel Loans allows you to drop down a menu of all your credit with a possibility of their easy filtration. To view a list of your credits, please follow these steps: select a menu Accounts> Loans and press the button Search v.1.0.0

29 Work with the system 26 Additional operations that you have an opportunity to perform in this panel are, as follows: export the list of your loans to the file of CSV format. Use the Export button and save the generated file for this purpose. review the detailed information on the credit. Click the credit being interesting for you to this effect - a panel to review the details of the loans will be opened Loan details The panel Loan details allows you to become familiar with the detailed information on the credit, as follows: date of opening and a dead-line of credit payment term, interest on credit current floating debt and arrears of repayment of credit repayment schedule analytical accounts - special credit accounts, providing you with the information on transfer of funds on your credits. To see the detailed information on your credit, please execute actions, as follows: choose menu Accounts > Loans and click the credit interesting you

30 27 Additional operations which you have possibility to execute: export repayment schedule to a file of CSV format. Use the Export button and save the generated file for this purpose. v.1.0.0

31 Work with the system 28 to review a statement on the analytical accounts. Click the button (next to each account for this purpose) than the panel to review the statements on account will be opened Payments overview The panel Payments overview contains all documents created by you in the system, which are processed (not yet completed). To review not processed billing documents, please select menu Payments, then select required search criteria and click the button Search All the ordinary typical such as filtering by any of field, and print are available above the list of found documents. In this window, you may: open payment for editing. delete payment - for this purpose, please select one or more payments and select the command Delete in the action menu. To delete a document, you may use the button. After confirmation of delete of payment, it will be removed. You may delete only files/documents not yet sent to the Bank. reject the payment - you can send a request to reject the payment processing (cancellation), which has

32 29 already been sent to the bank, but has not yet been processed. The cancellation of payment is similar to deletion procedure, except the procedure that is carried out over the payment in the status In the Bank. Use the button to reject payment the payment or the menu Delete. Then a Request for rejections will be generated, which is to be signed. You can do it by means of the menu or by means of the button to Save and sign at document creation. After opening you'll see all your documents prepared for signing. mark those documents you'd like to sign. The general quantity of the selected documents and the total sum of payments will be displayed below. To select all documents you need to use command Select all from the menu of operations. Pay attention, that at performance of this command all documents, including those on other pages, will be selected for signing. For automatic selection of all documents at opening of the Signature Folder you need to establish a corresponding setting in bank settings. depending on a used method for authentication you shall sign the chosen documents: o if you use the SMS onetime password as a method for authentication, you shall click the button Get one-time password. On your mobile phone the SMS with one-time password (it is specified in the end of the message) will be sent.

If after reception of the SMS you change a choice of payments (you select other payment or change quantity of documents to be signed) you'll need to receive one-time password once again - the received earlier one-time password is invalid. In the SMS text the short description of signed payments is specified: the sum, the name of the client, payment destination - at signing of one payment; quantity and a total sum of payments - at signing of several documents. Don't continue to sign documents (don't enter the received one-time password) if the data sent in the SMS don't coincide with data displayed in system. o if you use ATM onetime password as a method for authentication, you shall enter the one-time password from the list of passwords received at ATM "Ukrsotsbank", with a required serial number. If you cannot sign this application (for example, to change the authentication method from one-time ATM-password to one-time SMS-password, you do not have any working ATM password, and you are not able to get them at UniCredit Bank ATM) you can order the above mentioned installations by contacting any bank branch manager and writing the relevant application in any form. When referring to the branch manager, you must have a valid identity document (e.g. passport), know your login (username) of UniCredit Online Internet-banking system, as well as in case of changing the phone number, the old and the new mobile phone number. The special attention has been paid to this question at system development. So to ensure a maximum level of security of the system of UniCredit Online the advanced & reliable technologies and methods aimed to secure as much as possible your means at system use are apllied: TLS-encryption (Transport Layer Security) - a cryptographic protocol that provides a secure connection between the Web browser and the server system. TLS technology is supported by all major browsers.when using a secure connection, all traffic is encrypted using an asymmetric public key algorithms. The given security measure will completely secure you against such kind of bank fraud as "man in the middle", where data on payment, sent by user of the Internet-banking, are intercepted/modified at a sending stage, not arriving to the bank. Sign of use of TLS protocol is presence of https in the beginning of an address line. In the majority of browsers at installation of secured connection the lock icon is displayed. It particularly concerns cases when you plan to carry out payments or to replace the password. In case of unsuccessful check - terminate work with the system and exit a site; after termination of work with the system you shall logout by means of the button the Exit. To close a browser isn't enough! in case of possibility don't carry out payments by means of the system using public computers, access to which many people have (for example Internet cafe); don't work with rights of the system administrator on the computer from which work with the system UniCredit Online is carried out; use the anti-virus software and firewalls. Regularly check your computer on presence of viruses and other harmful programs.
