6 You'll see a list with all the exams offered. Just click on the exam to display more details. Below each exam you can see teacher s name. Please note that the message "Attività didattica non fruibile nell'anno accademico2012/2013" means that the course is not offered: try by clicking on another course with the same title but a different teacher.

8 You will find a page like this, which contains many useful information course code the name of the programme (undergraduate or postgraduate) within which the course is offered ECTS credits the period in which it is offered (primo semestre=winter, secondo semestre=spring) teaching language classes timetable Stampa contenuti=print course contents

9 In sum, in the pagesshownaboveyouwillfind, for everysubject: prerequisites you are asked for; teaching language("lingua di insegnamento"); study material; syllabus; periodwhenthe classesare held: 1st (fall/winter) or 2nd (spring) semester; ifthe subjectisfor bachelor sor master sstudents Please note that for some classes held in Italian, students can ask directly to the teacher for materials in English and for the possibility to take the final examination in English.

12 LEARNING AGREEMENT for Economics and Management What can contain the Learning Agreement (1) Thereisa limitednumberof placesavailablewithinthe frameworkof the Master Degrees taught in English: MIM-Master in International Management; MEC-Master in Economics MAIN-Master in Innovation Management; EMBS-European Master in Business Studies (classes offered during the first semester only) SO exchange students at MASTER LEVEL interested in the aforementioned courses(mim, MAIN, MEC, EMBS) must contact to knowifitispossiblefor themto attendthesecoursesby SENDING the followingdocuments: CV, Transcriptof Records, GPA (Grade Point Average), certificate stating the level of English (at least B2). exchange students at BACHELOR LEVEL CANNOT attend these courses at Master Level, except for MEC courses where a limited number of Bachelor students are admitted, providedtheymeetthe requirements.

13 What can contain the Learning Agreement (2) Courses called"laboratorio/laboratory" or "Workshop" and courseswith code and are NOT open to Erasmus students. Youcan enterin yourlearning agreement a 30%of coursesofferedby Faculties/Departments/Centres otherthanyourdepartment. 14 What can contain the Learning Agreement (3) Foreignlanguagecoursesin Italian, Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese, Chineseand Russian are offeredatthe Language Centre of the University of Trento (CIAL) ( ItalianLanguage course: students whopass the finaltest atthe end of the ItalianLanguage coursewillgain 3 ECTS credits. The creditswillbe registered in the final Transcript of Records. Prova di conoscenza linguistica L.M. (6 ECTS): to get specialist language and professional communication skills in English, German and Spanish at B2 level(classesare offeredby the Departmentof Economics and Management). NB! In order to attend these courses students are required to havea B1 levelof competence.

16 EXAMS Please remind that: 1. you do notneedto enrollfor classes, butpleasedo NOT FORGET TO ENROLL FOR THE FINAL EXAM(deadlineforenrollmentare availableat 72FBC F35938F166B94.jvm_unitn_esse3web06); 2. The examination procedure is normally based only on one final exam. It mayalsohappenthatthe examsession startsjust afterthe end of classes, so ORGANIZE YOUR STUDY FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF LECTURES AND DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAYS.

20 For eachexam, in orderto display the mark, click on the icon with the green tickin the box «Voto o giudizio»

21 In order: To accept the result select the option Intendo completare l esame con il conseguente inserimento del voto nella mia carriera (=I intend to complete the exam with consequent inclusion of the grade in my career) and then Conferma (=confirm). In this way, after the deadline expires, the exam will be registered in your Esse3 profile; To reject the result (if forseen) select the option Mi ritiro (= I withdraw) and then Conferma (=confirm) MIND the DEADLINE for the acceptanceof the mark!

22 pleasenote that: Ifyoudecide notto acceptthe resulteitherby choosing the option I withdraw (and then «Confirm») orby notconfirminganythingbeforethe deadline, the exam will not be registered in your career and youwillhaveto enrollagainfor the same examand take itduringthe resitexamsession. Keepin mindthatin the lattercase youwillhaveto acceptthe markevenifitislowerthanthe oneyou previously rejected.

23 NOTA BENE!!! Students can take examinations only within the Erasmus study period (check-in and check-out dates). NO examinations are allowed after the check-out date. ONLY FOR LLP-Erasmus Students: If you need to resit an exam you can ask for an extension of your stay in Trento (at least 1 month notice is required).

24 Useful information (1) International student have about 30 days from the check-in date to fill in their Learning Agreement; CFU means university credits in the Italian university system and 1 CFU=1 ECTS=6 or 7 class hours; EXAMS are graded on a scale from 1 to 30, with 18 and 30 as minimum and maximum grade respectively. A 'cum laude' can be added to the maximum grade as a special distinction. AP or Idoneo means approved. N.B.! Examinations with marks lower than 18 cannot be registered in the Transcript of Records nor get a separate certification;

25 Useful information (2) In order to have recorded in the Transcript of Records COURSES composed of 2 modules students must PASS BOTH MODULES; Examinationsessions are: January(coursestaughtin the 1 semester) + February(re-sitsession only for 1 semester s courses) June(coursestaughtin the 2 semester) + July(re-sitsession onlyfor 2 semester s courses) September(re-sit session for all courses); The Transcript of Records will be sent to students and their University coordinatorsassoonasfinalgradesare officiallyregisteredin Esse3 (about 1 month after students departure). CIAL language courses: all students must respect deadlines for enrollment + ifyouare nota beginneryoumust take the «Online PlacementTest».
