1 SCANDINAVIA For the past decade United Soccer Academy has been customizing soccer tours and programs overseas for collegiate teams from major NCAA Division I to NAIA programs. Below, is a sample tour to Denmark and Germany that that United Soccer Academy can coordinate for your college program. With Scandinavia as a destination we can coordinate tours to northern Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. With United Soccer Academy s contacts at the professional level throughout Scandinavia we can coordinate very high games with professional clubs throughout this region of Europe. European Tour College Program (Men s) Denmark & Germany - August GENERAL PROGRAM Friday Day 1 Excitement builds as YOUR COLLEGE TEAM departs a US gateway city on an overnight flight via to Copenhagen, Denmark for their 10-day preseason soccer tour to Denmark and Germany. Due to the time difference between Europe and the United States the team will arrive in Copenhagen the following morning. Saturday Day 2 Upon arrival, the group will be met by their bi-lingual Danish representative and will transfer to the Farum Park Hotel and Sports Center, which is 30 minutes from downtown Copenhagen and is the headquarters of the Danish Superliga professional team, FC Nordsjaelland (FCN). The Farum Park Hotel and Sport Center, which accommodates many of the visiting professional and national soccer teams to Copenhagen, includes the following facilities: four star hotel, 12 soccer fields plus a field turf field, fitness room, tennis courts, indoor pool, and indoor training center. Following check-in the group has the remaining of the morning and early afternoon to visit Copenhagen, which is the capital of Denmark and considered by many the capital of Scandinavia. The late afternoon is set aside for a light training session. Following dinner at the hotel, the reminder of the evening is at leisure to become familiar with the facilities.

2 Sunday Day 3 Following breakfast, the team will have a training session with a professional coach at FCN at the facilities at Farum Park. Following lunch the team will attend a Danish Superliga (SAS-Ligaen) professional match. After the match, the team will have dinner at the Hard Rock Café, followed by free time to visit the world famous Tivoli Gardens. Monday Day 4 Morning training session at Farum Park and the opportunity to attend FCN s 1 st team training session followed with meeting the players and a question and answer session with 1-2 of the professional players. Following lunch the team will sightsee in North Zealand, the castle region of Copenhagen, and will visit the Frederiksborg Castle. In the early evening the team will have a match (1) versus the youth team (U18) or reserve team at FCN. Following the match, the two teams will have dinner at the team s clubhouse, which will provide a great social and cultural experience. Tuesday Day 5 Morning training session at Farum Park. In the afternoon the team will have a guided sightseeing tour of Copenhagen. In the evening, the team will have its second (2) match of the tour versus the youth team (U18) or reserve team at Lyngby IF. Wednesday Day 6 Following breakfast, the team will transfer south into Germany via a private motorcoach to Hamburg, where the team will be guests of Hamburg SV (HSV). The group will be accommodated at Hotel Nordic, which is located next to the Hamburg SV s training facility. In the late afternoon, the team will have a training session with a professional coach from HSV. Evening at leisure. Thursday Day 7 In the morning the team will have a guided sightseeing tour of Hamburg and will visit Nordbank Stadium (formerly AOL Stadium), home to Hamburg SV. Late afternoon match (3) versus the youth team (U18) or reserve team from HSV. Following the match the teams will have dinner together at host s clubhouse. Friday Day 8 In the morning the team will have an option for a training session or free time in Hamburg for sightseeing and shopping. In the late afternoon, the team will have a match (4) versus the youth team (U18) or reserve team at FC St. Pauli. Evening at leisure. Saturday Day 9 In the morning the team visit Lubeck for sightseeing. In the afternoon, the group will attend a German Bundesliga preseason match. In the evening, option for a match (5) versus a German club team. Following match, farewell dinner at local restaurant. Sunday Day 10 Following breakfast the group will transfer to the Hamburg International Airport (HAM) for return flight back to the United States and same day arrival at your US gateway city.

3 FLIGHT ITINERARY Airline logistics and flights can be coordinated from any major US gateway city. Many factors determine the exact tour cost, one being the departing gateway city. Exact Tour Price Can Not Be Finalized Until Airline Logistics Are Booked And Confirmed. INCLUSIONS Price guaranteed in US Dollars at the time of deposit. Two (2) free tour spots for staff and coaches, based on 30 full paying participants. Round trip international air transportation (excluding airline taxes and fuel). Meal package: Breakfast and dinner throughout the tour, staring with dinner on August 1 and finishing with breakfast on August 9. Accommodations: o 4-nights: Copenhagen, Denmark: Farum Park Hotel o 4-nights: Hamburg, Germany: Hotel Nordic Transportation: Full time motor coach throughout the tour. Guided sightseeing tours in Copenhagen and North Zealand, including entry fees to Tivoli Gardens and Frederiksborg Castle. Tickets for Danish Superliga (SAS-Ligaen) and German Bundesliga preseason match Guided sightseeing tour of Hamburg, including stadium tour of Nordbank Stadium, home to HSV. Soccer program: o Four (4) quality matches versus youth professional (U18) or reserve teams from FC Nordsjaelland, Lyngby IF, Hamburg SV, and FC St. Pauli. o Option for a fifth (5 th ) match o Daily use of professional training facilities, Farum Park and HSV training facility. o Two (2) training sessions with professional coaches from FCN and HSV. o All fess related to the soccer program Full-time tour manager will provide the group with assistance throughout the tour and at each destination. Full service and support from United Soccer Academy including pre-trip preparations and meetings and assistance while on tour in Denmark and Germany. EXCLUSIONS Meals as noted in the meal package (lunches). Sightseeing and entry fees not listed above. Airline taxes and fuel surcharges will be charged based on the status of oil prices, etc at the time of ticketing. Insurance. Passport fees.

4 COSTS (players) Based on 30 full paying players/coaches/parents: $2, per player (east coast gateway) $2, per player (west coast gateway) Note: Exact tour price can not be finalized until the airline logistics and net airfare are confirmed. Many factors determine the exact tour cost such as US gateway city, size of the group, and time period of travel. PROGRAM FOR PARENTS, FAMILY MEMBERS, & ALUMNI Same itinerary/program as players. Accommodations for parents and family members can be based on either triple, double or single occupancy. Exact tour prices can only be confirmed once the number of tour participants is determined and the airline logistics are confirmed. TRAVEL INSURANCE United Soccer Academy offers travel insurance through TravelGuard. Travel insurance needs to be booked at or around the time of deposit. Individual and group policies are available. TravelGuard covers trip cancellation or interruption, cancellation due to terrorism, travel delay, baggage and travel document loss, baggage delay, medical expense, emergency medical transportation, and accidental death and dismemberment.
