2 The venue is located 15 km from Bystrzyca Kłodzka, the our office place, and 100 km from Wroclaw Airport and 180 km from Praha Airport. The Kłodzko district is famous for its mountains, water and forests that are truly representative of untouched nature. 2. TRANSPORT TO VENUE Wrocław Airport Copernicus You have to take bus, number 406 from Wroclaw Airport to Wroclaw railway station (Wroclaw Glowny). The last stop of bus 406 is Dworcowa. You have to go out and you will see big orange building -this is a main railway station of Wroclaw (Wroclaw Glowny). A bus ticket from Wroclaw airport to Wroclaw railway station (Wrocław Główny) costs around 3,00PLN and you can buy on the bus stop in the ticket machine, inside a bus or on the airport in newsstand (kiosk). It is better to buy in newsstand! The train ticket costs around 23,60 PLN. Before you buy the ticket please tell hours to the booking clerk in the tickets office. Here you have link of the timetable of the train: The last train depart at 21:01 p.m to Bystrzyca Klodzka! If you will lost the last train to Bystrzyca Klodzka take the next one to Klodzko Glowne at 22:55 p.m. Prague Airport Ruzyně You must take the bus 119 from the Airport to Dejvice wich is the name of Metro station LINE A (Green) then you must change to LINE C (Red One) and exit at the Hlavny Nadazi which is the Central Railway Station of Praha. Here is connection from Praha railway station to Bystrzyca Klodzka Ticket prize is around 400 CZK (Czech Krone) which is approximately 20 Euro. 4 You can also take direct bus from Praha Aiport to Praha railway station - Airport Express Bus. The bus is going from Terminal 1 (exit D) and Terminal 2 (exit E). A fare of CZK 50 is charged on this route. Here you have link of the timetable of the train: Don t worry if you will not catch the last train from Praha to Bystrzyca Klodzka which is at 16:51 p.m. You can always arrive to Lichkov which is the last Czech train station before polish border. In the attachment you will find information according train connection from Praha to Lichkov. It is no direct train from Praha to Bystrzyca Klodzka or Lichkov you have to change the train sometimes one or two times. Please follow the information from the attachment. Please remember that Lichkov is around 40 km far from our place and we need time to get the railway station. You have to know that the railway station of Bystrzyca Klodzka and Lichkov is very small and sometimes is difficult to see the sign of the town but I hope it will be no problem to find Bystrzyca Klodzka or Lichkov. We will recognize you without any problem. When you will know the exact hour of arrival to Lichkov or Bystrzyca Klodzka let us know as soon as possible, we will arrange someone to pick you up. 5 Money and Exchange: The national currency in Poland is Polish Zloty (PLN). One Euro sells for around 4.31 PLN. Currency may be exchanged in the exchange offices, banks branches, there are cash machines you could use, besides, almost all shops and restaurants accept Visa, Visa Electron, Euro- and MasterCard One Dollar USD sells for around 3.71 PLN. The national currency in Czech Republic is Czech Krone (CZK). One Euro sells for around CZK. Please do not forget to exchange money for a ticket on the way back specially Czech Krone and Euro! What to take?... Please take national sweets, snacks, drinks, games...for international evenings; Please take materials about your organization; Cloths suitable for the weather (weatherproof jackets, good shoes for outdoor activities, etc.); Don t forget collect all boarding passes, tickets and invoices (we need this for the financial report to Polish National Agency).
