16 FAQs Q: How do we order Cybera ONE for multiple locations? A: An agreement is signed by your corporate office as opposed to individual orders by retail locations. Q: If a retailer decides to add options at a later date, will they need to purchase or upgrade their appliance? A: Typically no, Cybera can add new applications without adding or upgrading your appliance. In some cases we may exchange a unit if needed. Q: Is wireless backup included? A: Wireless backup is an optional service. It is highly valuable as it provides automatic failover routing in the event of primary connection failure.

17 FAQs Q: What applications are included in the basic package and how much are additional applications? A: Cybera ONE s base application package includes: managed firewall, intrusion detection service, management and monitoring, and remote logging. Additional applications are available starting at just $5/month. Q: If our location switches internet companies will we need a new appliance, and will it require a service call to reconfigure? A: You do not need a new appliance if you switch internet providers. Q: Once we receive our Cybera SCA-315 appliance, do we need to schedule an installation? A: The SCA-315 is a plug-and-play appliance you can install on-site within minutes and does not require a technician.
